We absolutely love Wylde market in our house. The selection of food keeps getting wider and deeper and better and better and the customer service, attention to detail and sense of purpose and mission informing everything has been nailed on since day one.

I have ordered from Wylde a few times and always had a great experience. The last time I ordered there was an error with my order. I contacted customer service and it was dealt with very swiftly and efficiently. Consequently, even though I had an issue (incorrect items) it was dealt with so well that they more than earned their 5 stars. It often how a company deals with issues that tells you more about them than when everything runs smoothly. Thank you, I really appreciated your attention and resolution.

A brilliant BBQ at the weekend, everyone commenting on the taste and juiciness of the chicken legs and the burgers. This is why I have been buying from Wylde since they began their unique operation. The quality of the products is first class from suppliers who care about what they produce, the range reflects what is in season and the service is personal and reliable. It’s a bit like having a traditional French market available remotely.

This is perhaps my 5th or 6th order from Wylde. The quality of the food I've received eg various cuts of lamb and beef,various sausages, fish stock, vegetables ..is superb. I also love the way we can read about the producers of the food on the Wylde website. And the team are always very engaging when I email questions...plus the free little mag they send with the food is upbeat, fun and full of great tips and info.

Orders always fulfilled correctly. Any queries answered promptly. Generous compensation if a product unexpectedly available. Above all, personal service, real people running things every step of the way, responding in a competent, friendly way. Never any compromise on quality of ingredients.

I have used Wylde for many months now almost every week. Really well cultivated and engaging website, particularly the daily highlights tab which I enjoy checking for new arrivals. There is a wide and ever changing range of items and sellers prioritise quality which is very much appreciated. So many special smaller vendors whose produce I would otherwise not be able to find. Conscientious and responsive staff and customer service, and all involved seem genuinely passionate about their cause. Packaging is always efficient.

The quality of the produce is off the chart. Across the range of fish, meat, fruit and veg amongst a host of other areas they redefine your taste buds to what these things should really taste like…
Service is prompt and your perfectly packaged boxes arrive on cue and I have not had a leak or a damaged bit of produce since ordering from them - bravo!

I've been using Wylde market for the last couple of years and the produce and service has been fantastic . You have to be up early to get the fresh fish though!

My experience was good at the beginning...placed an order and some items were mishandled by the courier and seemed to be smashed...sent a query about it and within not even 2hrs i received a call by the owner himself in order to apologise and rectify the situation...couldn't have ask for a better response by a business such as the owner and founder taking the time to make sure everything gets sorted...will definitely be using them again...also the quality of the produce is unmatched!!

Food produce that come from trusted farmers that treat animals with kindness and are organic and pasture raised. Great variety of options. Great user experience on the app. Great packaging. Seamless delivery. Can’t fault them on anything.
