Side effects
I don't think the idea of including nicotine is helpful. It caused me severe migraine and agitation in the 3rd day because generally I don't like also smoking. There are some research that are against nicotine because it has some bad side effects on the neurons.
I stopped using it!

Cancelled my order but no response
I asked them to cancel my order, but I received no response. Despite that, I still haven't received my order. Their website provides a tracking number, but it doesn't specify the courier company. This experience has made it my first and final purchase from them.

Sooo expensive for what arrived
Sooo expensive for what arrived. £28 per 7 days 👀. Delivery was added last min when I pressed the Apple Pay button. Def not worth £8 + for delivery! Disappointed

Subscription options inflexible
Where supplements last for longer than 30 days it would be helpful to have options to delay the next subscription delivery or choose a different frequency than the compulsory Monthly cycle.

The best Protein Powder
I used this protein powder a few years ago. Never found anything that tastes as good. So back for more!
Tastes great in porridge, as a drink or with ice and milk as an ice cream. Banana Flavor in my opinion is the best!

“Okay” at best…
Postage cycle leaves me without product for c. 1 week every month so doesn’t really work as a subscription in the UK. The actual product is “okay” at best and having switched to an alternative recently I’m already feeling greater benefits. Overall I wouldn’t recommend a subscription to xbrain.
