Burning mouth and tongue
I bought these to see if they help with Long Covid symptoms. I received the troches relatively quickly, though I feel like they were overpriced.
My main concern is that on using the troches for the first time my mouth and tongue are burning and tingling quite painfully. I do not know if this is normal but it doesn't seem positive. No effects so far on my wellbeing.

Slow service, uncaring attitude from staff
Last few times I've ordered have been waiting over a week for delivery .despite the delivery charge being 8/9 quid so with this should be next day delivery.
Very slow to respond to emails , very uncaring attitude by their staff ,
Over £100 gone from my bank and no items.

Sorry for the delay here Harry, We are chasing this with DHL. We will get this sorted asap. We tried out best but sometimes DHL mess things up for us, but we will set this straight rest assured.

Finally received my Total Human months supply by Onnit. Great customer service and communication by XBrian and package arrived quicker than expected and very well packaged. I will definitely be ordering again.

Hello Mike, I have raised this with our shipper to investigate what has happend, I cc you in on a email sent to them. We passed your shipping address over to DHL I am not sure why DHL has mananged to deliver this to the wrong address. We will get to the bottom off this and get your order delivered correctly. Sorry about this mess. Sidenote could they have left it at a neighbour ?

My order was sent to wrong address
Had some problem with a delivery as it was sent to wrong address. Contacted customer service and they tried to resolve immediately I believe. The CEO was very helpful. It took a while for me to receive the goods but it looked like that was due to the delivery company.
I've also received a partial refund from xbrain for the complications. Which I appreciate. I did not think it would get resolved but in the end I received everything so I can only change my review to positive. Thank you.

Hello Tom, the correct address was given to DHL, This should have been resolved. But DHL had your old Address on the record from when you placed the order. But we will get this sorted and you will get your order.
