In addition to waiting a week to receive my order i received it with a missing item. Customer service is weak.

Great brand and costumer service was fairly easy. Loved the material very light weight. Looking forward to the new launches soon.

Customer service is very bad. After-sales service is the same. Change the size or return the money. I refuse to repeat the experience due to poor management.

I don't understand why don't they offer exchange or return for wrong sizes. Even if you offer to pay the shipping and return fees, still their nonsense policy says no returns or exchanges for international purchases.

Amazing quality and great designs and very durable and comfy, can’t wait for more colors.

I tried to contact the support team for an exchange, but i got no response. I tried 3 times in a week. Unfortunately, this will be my last time i will buy from you guys.

Great fabric, however the ergonomics were so bad. Pockets are not oriented properly and the hip crease reduces mobility. I wear size L in Lululemon and Nike so i bought the same size and it fit properly so size isnt the issue. I definitely wont buy again
