We asked Sasha for the impossible really – a holiday that would suit both an 8-year-old and a 16-year-old – and she absolutely delivered.

The hotel was perfect. We had a lovely, spacious apartment with two bathrooms (very important when you’re a family of five!), and the pool was large enough to keep the older ones entertained while still feeling safe for the younger children. There were lots of lovely little touches too, such as the free inflatables available to use.

The biggest plus for us was the location. Everything was within walking distance – two beautiful beaches, a splash park, restaurants and shops. It meant the teenagers could have a bit of independence while we could actually relax and enjoy the holiday too.

We will definitely be consulting Sasha again for our next holiday. She really understood what we needed and found us the perfect place. Highly recommended!.

We explained what we wanted from our holiday and the agent listened and provided options that were relevant (and it was NOT a package holiday!). They were happy to fine tune it to fit our exact needs and it meant we had a great holiday.
Communication was great throughout and made the process of arranging a holiday stress free! Will use again.

Xceptional Escapes organised a week's vacation in Toronto and Chicago, so time was limited. We worried about the tight airline connections; but in the event everything went seamlessly. The hotels arranged were both high quality and good value. Xceptional Escapes organised several local tours for us - food tours in both locations; Niagara Falls; and a Gangster Tour in Chicago. They were all excellent. We had made some adjustments between initially booking and going away, and Xceptional Escapes changed the arrangements without fuss. We had an excellent holiday, and have already booked a further long-haul week's break through them for July.
