Everything bad to say about Xerox. After persuading my boss that Xerox were much better than our old Brother printers, we bought a C315. This was faulty so often it was replaced by Xerox within 6 months with a C325.
The C325 cartridges cost more than the printer. It goes through colour at a rate of knots.
Our business use is mostly black and white, so we took the decision to change our company logo to a black & white version, changed all the settings to only print black and white, and carried on.
Our yellow toner has run out. Xerox say that even in black & white mode "it uses colour". BS I think, but they said you cant turn it off. So every time I print, I have to walk to the printer, press a button to say yes I want want to print in B&W, then another to bypass the change toner message.
Result: 9p per sheet just ink

I use Xerox printers for more than 20 years. They create excellent products with long term support and supplies. Their "xerox.eu" site is awful, horrible. The site keeps asking to log into your account on each and every page. Maybe that's the way to compensate the superb quality of their hardware, producing a horrendous European website.
