Firstly, I was very sceptical ordering anywhere but from a UK well known retailer. However after a bit of research I saw people had used this site and took the plunge. Before purchasing I spoke with the distributor on WhatsApp about a deal, as I was purchasing a bulk order. Albeit based in China I always got a reply during their working hours. They were very helpful and couldn’t do enough to help me. Just be patient, people tend to forget the difference in hours and demand instant replies. If you want that, go to a UK retailer, you’ll pay far more (£17 per B series remote!). DPD decided to deliver 2 of 3 parcels and sent a very expensive item back to the sender, for no reason. I raised this on WhatsApp and Sugar was impeccable. She dealt with DPD, and when they were no help at all she arranged for another Dolphin 2 to be sent out next day delivery and kept me up to date. Parcel arrived as promised and here I am putting in another order. Some stock is in China but if you message to query what you’re looking to buy they’ll check and advise where it’ll come from. China based products, using standard EVRI deliveries take around 10 days to arrive. You can pay more for quicker delivery though.

Pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable, multiple orders that have gone very smoothly, WhatsApp and general message interactions, couldn't have wished for any better. Definitely on my trusted supplier list! Thanks guys :)

I bought a XP500L from here. It arrived. Very good. They were friendly, made the sale. Brilliant.

Problem is after sales. You've just taken £1500 from me and cant answer a question about how to make a simple key. Ive got a customer waiting for their key to be cut but I cant do it because they wont reply anymore!!!!!!!!! Buy from obd2shop.co.uk. ive been buy from them since this. They always provide support and know their stuff unlike xhorseshop.co.uk

Fantastic service.. fast delivery and always answer questions and great help

I bought VVDI2 from them and 2 types chip for keys. They send me only one type and only 10 of 20 pieces. I wrote them for a whole month because of their slow answers. Never get the chips which i payed. Now after 1 year and after update software and firmware on interface. It's not working any more, and now I'm writing wit them for a 2 weeks and I want to throw all away from me. It's not simple when you buy something and when you work with it and it stops to work and a car is in garage...

Such an amazing shop. Very good quality and really fast delivery. You can also get a discount with their approval. I 100% recommend and will buy from here again.

Got xhorse key tool plus tablet

Faulty since arrival says dispatched from UK

Trying to send back but support is so slowwww

When they finally reply they want me to send it to China at the cost over over £600 when insured against loss of damage

Mastercard involved now trying to get my money back

I've now bought im508 and programed loads of vehicles without issues

Great item, great seller. Very nice service, thank you for the business, i will buy again soon!

Made a big order and was looked after well, parcels came over a few days. Would recommend 10/10

I have been buying xhorse equipment for many years now it's always been been class A quality very very good shipping and the equipment always works 100% thank you xhorse.

Top seller. Quality products and technical support.

I ordered two items and forgot to pack one in the packet. Unlike a UK company they refuse to admit their mistake and send the missing item. Basically the worst customer service you can get.

Xhorse UK official site, xhorse company tool always powerful functions and good quality, you can buy more chepaer tool you need, recommend!
