I purchased a brand new Xhorse Dolphin II (XP-005L), but it arrived completely non-functional (Dead on Arrival, battery 0.00V).
The 'solution' offered by their technical support (Maggie) was shocking: they asked me to solder a loose chip onto the PCB myself! Asking a customer to perform complex soldering on a new €1000+ machine is not only unprofessional but also dangerous and a violation of European warranty laws.
Since I refused this ridiculous DIY repair, Sales (Emilia) has completely stopped responding to my emails. They are ignoring their legal obligations. I have now filed a formal complaint with ECC Belgium (Case ECCBE-149040) and started a payment dispute.
If you are looking for professional tools and reliable support, stay far away from Xhorse Europe. They do not respect their customers or the law.
