Its not what you see in the xuihair.com advertisement is what you receive. There is no such thing as customer service and you will never be refunded regardless of proof of return via tracking you issue. Very bad experience. Now they have closed the site..
The worst company I have ever dealt with! After waiting for 8 weeks for my package to come out of customs and paying 170 to receive it the product was GARBAGE. Advertised with photos that are totally a different colour to the hair, and barely any of it. The blonde looked green. It’s been 108 days since I asked to return my order and I am still fighting with them just to get the return address because they don’t provide it anywhere. Takes 1 month at a time to reply. Reported to financial ombudsman, trading standards and may be taking to small claims court. Horrendous scam artists!
Awful hair. Came pre taped so had installed by my hair dresser and they all slid out after 3 weeks I was on holiday and had to find a salon there to reinstall. Now after 8 weeks the hair at tape end is all falling away from the root it’s so bad and the company have blamed me saying I should have had a friend install them or use the wrong products which I never so ive been wearing tape ins for years please do not purchase these custom service is nearly as bad as their hair

We are sorry to hear about the experience you have had whilst away on holiday. Please be assured that our customer advisor was not blaming you, we were just advising you of the various things that can cause early slippage. We understand you went away to Florida for holiday and high temperatures along with chlorine/sea water can affect tape adhesive. As you have stated you paid a salon to re-tape the extensions whilst in Florida but you still experienced slippage when you arrived home which suggests that it is not a adhesive problem but an installation problem as two adhesives have now been used. You have said you experienced some hair falling away from the root after coming home from Florida. The only reason hair would be falling away from the root is if a hairstylist did not remove the adhesive strip correctly the first time exposing the roots. We have not had any of our customers complain about their Tape-in hair as we use high quality medical grade adhesive which allows them to last a long time when installed.

I'm blown away by the quality! I have been using Bellami Hair for years and thought I would try this company out due to the hair quality going down over the years. XI HAIR was recommended to me by a close friend and I bought 24inch 220g Seamless Clip-ins. Now when I say I have not felt hair extensions as soft and silky and healthy as these I really mean it. I have since bought two wigs from them and my gosh are they just as full, soft and silky. Absolutely in love! Anyone who is wondering whether to buy or not trust me you wont regret it - thank me later lol!
