Total scammers my account was up to £15000.00 I tried to withdraw £6000. and they said I had broken the bonus rules even though a week before they quite clearly stated I couldn’t get a bonus on the deposit I put in but I could continue trading .
They are a complete shower and need to be reported to their governing body , if anyone has had the same problem and issues please come forward as I will put your evidence forward with mine thanks .

My account was up $5000 USD. I couldn’t log into my account to make a withdrawal and they just kept giving me excuses. Even though I had written my password down and tried many times to get the pin code. It’s bullshit. I am so pissed off that I can’t access my money even though I’ve traded and won.
Stay away from this trading platform.

Profit retention
Profits exceeding €2,500 were to be paid out to my wallet so that I could transfer them to my account, but this was canceled.
Market openings were suddenly executed at the wrong price by up to 100 points, etc. All profits were canceled and accounts closed. Alleged price deviations (in favor of the trade) for which no retail trader is responsible, only the broker. Stay away. Scammers at work! They don't pay out larger profits!

I’ve been using Xlence for the last year and a half now and never had an issue. Deposits usually go in within half an hour, and any withdrawls seem to be in my bank within 48 hours. I’ve had some good help and information from Michalis, and he is always on the other end of the line when I need assistance. I would recommend Xlence to anyone that wants to start trading.

Overall, a very positive experience!
I am very satisfied with the broker and especially with my account manager Michalis Christodoulou.
He resolves problems quickly and reliably, both with deposits and withdrawals. There is also a wide range of indicators available, which makes trading much easier.
Suggestion for improvement:
An integrated size calculator would be very helpful, so you can immediately see how much a Take Profit or Stop Loss is worth in money. At the moment, I always have to calculate this separately.
Michalis is a very kind and patient account manager. At other brokers, I often experienced constant phone calls – and I hate talking on the phone, especially because it’s hardly possible due to my dogs.
I understand that phone contact can feel more personal, but for me, it just doesn’t work.
That’s why I really appreciate that Michalis is not pushy. Every beginner trader has their own style and pace to understand the basics – and with him, you never feel pressured. When you have questions, he always tries to help quickly.

Das Geld die Sie einzahlen geht es super schnell bei Auszahlung, der Gewinn war einbisschen komplizierter, per Banküberweisung unter 100USD geht nicht, per kreditkarte gibt es keine Auswahl. Ich musste mich bei Skrill registrieren um das Geld zu bekommen.

BROKER ESTAFA
Broker estafa.. Cerraron mis operaciones sin ningún motivo, al gerente de cuentas pregunté si estaba permitido el scalping y me dijo que sí, que el mínimo son 2 minutos en que una operación debe estar abierta, respeté esos minutos pero aún así bloquearon y se quedaron con mis ganancias.. También cuando empiezas a ganar unos dólares este broker marca tu cuenta de trading con deslizamientos asquerosos para que no seas rentable.. Es una basura.. Mantenganse alejados de aquí.
No retiro mi reseña porque realicé scalping y cuando ganas algo de dinero este broker no quiere pagar porque claro! cuando un trader gana ellos pierden dinero y viceversa..

Tras una revisión detallada de su actividad de trading, podemos confirmar que la suspensión se debió a prácticas identificadas como explotación de errores de precio — un enfoque que no está permitido según nuestro Acuerdo de Servicios al Cliente. Tal como nuestro equipo de Soporte le explicó anteriormente, pueden producirse retrasos temporales en los precios, y cualquier intento de beneficiarse de dichas desviaciones se considera una infracción de las normas de negociación justa, independientemente del tiempo durante el cual se mantenga una posición.
También nos gustaría aclarar su comentario respecto al scalping. En Xlence, todas las estrategias de trading — incluido el scalping — son bienvenidas, siempre que se ajusten a nuestros Términos y Condiciones de Trading. En este caso, el problema fue el uso de precios de mercado incorrectos, no la estrategia en sí.

Forget support, write to consumerexperience
I recently decided to close my account with Xlence and I attempted to withdraw my funds. Unfortunately those funds slightly exceeded my original deposit and this caused a series of problems: a) the "withdraw" button on the webpage was disabled; b) attempts to seek support led to no less than 5 emails to different members of the so-called support team, none of whom seemed capable of understanding, let alone solving my problem. Luckily, I had spotted on Trustpilot the address consumerexperience. I duly sent an email to this address, once again explaining my predicament. At last, I was given a sensible explanation, instructions on how to withdraw my money and an apology for the frustration experienced up to that point. All seemed fine until I realised that my credit card had been replaced by my bank and now I needed to inform Xlence that they would need to take this into account. All the frustration of dealing with frontline support was repeated, their responses to my emails once again revealing their unwillingness or inability to deal with the situation. At one point their reply was so abrupt as to be quite offensive. But, once again, consumerexperience came to the rescue and I am glad to say that funds have now been successfully returned to my credit card account. Trading with Xlence, in my opinion, is perfectly fine. The performance of their execrable support team, on the other hand, is bound to put off any would-be investor. Thank goodness for consumerexperience which, curiously, is kept very secret by Xlence and only revealed, it would seem, to readers of Trustpilot.

I want to withdraw my money but there is no option to fill in your credit card number. So I contacted the support but they don't get it either.
I tried to withdraw the money a few times but it declined always.
Now I am waiting for an answer of the supportteam
