It all started with a simple idea of getting a bunch of athletes together and creating a brand to fit all the Monsters of the fitness industry. We wanted to create clothing that would last through rigorous training and suit strongman and Bodybuilders who like wearing BIG sizes during training. The designs had to be something more too, we wanted to go further then just simple adding our logo to everything, we wanted designs that reflected the mind set, the positive attitude, all with a gritty backdrop of the basic animal instinct to just lift stuff! We started XplosiveApe in April 2014 - and by end of the year we covered all the major strongman markets. We have grown quickly due to our support from you. We are probably one of the only brands who supply all our clothing from Small to 5XL and even 6XL-7XL on requests. XplosiveApe continues to support many major competitions and athletes within the strength world, and with growing success we plan to expand into other areas of fitness and help support and clothe althetes in many different walks of life.

I absolutely love this company really…
I absolutely love this company really good quality products that are well made and fit great ordered a few t shirt’s and joggers and hoodies I’m impressed with the quality especially for the low price tbh I thought I’d get half a dozen washes and they’d be done but no had them for a while and they great. Plus there’s loads of designs and colours to choose from.

For the price its not horrendous
For the price its not horrendous. I think they missed my order off as I messaged and then they sent it recorded next day delivery. I think they are trying and I probably would use again. Quality is about right for what youre paying. There are worse companies out there. Bought XL and fits more like a large so just be careful with sizing.

Disappointing
I've seen the brand in the gym loads of times. I thought I'd give their three T-shirts for £20 a go. Sorry to say, I prefer Primark T-shirts. The poor quality of these thin, cheap T-shirts is terrible. It's definitely put me off buying again if this is the standard.

Prices and adverts really seemed…
Prices and adverts really seemed attractive and was excited for my first order of £120.....but sizes are an issue with this company and the XL tops and joggers were more like a M-L so requested exchange. Had to pay my own return fees and then took over 2 weeks for exchange to be sent, by now had to have substitute items as no stock in next size up. Replacement order arrived and the XXL hoody is same size as the one I sent back but the other hoody is much bigger (XXL too), no complaints with the joggers. Quality is good for what you pay but I'd personally rather pay a bit extra for something like Silverback as it's hit n miss with colouring, sizes, etc and cost me £15 to return.

I’ve bought a number of clothing items…
I’ve bought a number of clothing items off this site over the past year.
The quality is of a good standard for the money, and I’m not the type of person who wants to spend a fortune on gym wear.
So this brand is perfect for me.
I do however have issues about delivery times though.
The latest delivery, I went a week without any information about my purchase, and only once I’d messaged the site did I hear anything about my order. It was 10 days before my items arrived from purchase.
When you’re paying a delivery fee, I do think that 3-5 days is plenty of time to have your order delivered to you.
I hope in the future they speed up delivery, or remove the delivery fee, if the wait is over a week.
There’s a lot of competition out there for the consumer to buy from.

Terrible quality
Terrible quality, cheap clothes than are worse quality than primark. This is more of a Tumu UK outlet. Slow delivery, missed emailed and then accused me of not emailing. Failed to deal with issue with my order. Items arrived damaged and I was told I was only allowed a refund if they were unwashed and unworn.
Wanted some cheap gym wear but this is too cheap, claims to have high quality and cares about the products they sell in fact they couldn’t care less and just selling cheap products with a huge margin on. I would have been better off going to primark.
Avoid this company.

Order number XA269334
Rookery payment for my order number XA269334, items have never arrived. You can only track your items via the Shop app which is usually a bit of red flag for me anyway. No tracking data has ever been updated although they have taken the money. I have used them in the past because it's reasonably priced gym gear and they've been OK. The clothing is OK but bobbles appear very quickly on the clothes after a couple of washes. I have tried contacting them multiple times and sent a report in via the shop app. All requests have been ignored thus far. Guess you get what you pay for when it comes to customer service as well as quality. Also the phone number they provide on the shop app is an incorrect number.

Dimensions were all wrong...
I bought a tracksuit, but the dimensions were all wrong. Hoodie too short on the body. I contacted customer services months ago and still haven't had a response.

WORSE THAN PRIMARK, Shein level. Absolutely shocking quality and customer service. 90% of clothing came with holes in them (shocking stitching). When requested refund, got ignored for weeks to then be told that we never emailed? Pathetic. Avoid. P.S. your freebies are useless. Like you’re trying to get rid of old stock that no one’s ever been interested in.

I ordered the dark brown tracksuit
I ordered the dark brown tracksuit, the same design I have previously ordered in grey. Both sizes large however the dark brown jumper is smaller than the grey large and would be better labelled as a medium. Maybe the wrong label was attached from manufacturing but it doesn’t fit
