not friendly and bad experience

not friendly , The company is not ready for Demo, nor ready for any call to clarify. They seem to say if you don't know to use the bot by yourself they don't want such customer... sounded strange business model.. Looked good but if the customer service or the experience is bad the company wont grow to the fullest may be the owner is very stubborn in his model of workstyle not ready to invest in customer care .. however wanted to review as i spent almost 3-4 hours in trying to reach them. post that such disappointing treatment ... will never recommend this company... When asked for onboarding help they are asking for 2499 extra.. just imagine the case of extra payment for onboarding how it will if we have any tech issue and they say we have to pay for that or we have solve ourself.. wat a tragedy .. however dropped the idea of choosing them... hope they change the work style for their own growth ...

This product is built for developers and businesses who understand APIs. If someone expects free demos, free onboarding, and step-by-step teaching for a self-serve tool, they are simply not our target customer.

Our pricing, documentation, and support model are transparent. We do not change our product or process because someone did not read or did not have the required technical background.

It is not a coaching program, not a managed service, and not built for users who need step-by-step personal guidance to get started.

If someone cannot evaluate a product using documentation, demo videos, and tutorials, then this product is simply not suitable for them. That is not arrogance — it is how self-serve technology businesses operate globally.

They claim to be having a free account…

They claim to be having a free account but actually if you try it,their website is set to be not accepting it or will not go through
So understand their generosity

We completely understand your frustration regarding the transition from a paid plan to a free account. It’s almost like our system was designed with a little too much complexity, right? While we do offer a free account option, users who have previously subscribed to a paid plan can’t just downgrade easily due to their usage history.

Since you paused your usage for a few months, we recommend creating a new account to access the free plan. However, instead of taking that straightforward step, it seems you prefer to leave a low rating. I guess that’s one way to communicate your experience!

Just remember, not everyone will understand the nuances of our platform based on a single rating. If you find our processes too complicated, perhaps exploring other platforms might be a better fit for you.
