IT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME !!! AT customer service i wait in que and when was my turn: she ( young lady) tells me: sorry! THIS is, TESCO from Yeading!!! not interested and you can't complain and special don’t care about people with HEALTH PROBLEM !!!. other ordinary people come insensibly and interfere with your discussion without your accept!!! A small trick from TESCO to force people with COMPLIAN TO RUN FROM desk !!! lack of humanity! lack of respect! some people are treated like wild animals! shame!!!

Awful experience always blaming or…
Awful experience always blaming or passing over to other departments, repairers contact number left with us once called was greeted with an abusive and aggressive rant from his wife. Job booked in and deposit paid then suddenly cancelled saying we hadn’t paid the deposit even with proof we had. Wouldn’t ever go near this company again, my partner has been reduced to tears with anxiety after the repairers wife’s phone call.

Great staff - very professional and knowledgeable
I contacted Pete at Xpress Yeading about some damage to my car. He was so helpful and honest. He offered clear and helpful advice including in ways that I could manage the damage myself without needing to get work done that wasn't needed. I cannot fault Xpress Centres. My car was booked in really quickly and the quality of the work is more than 5 Stars. The technician that worked on my car kept me up to date all the way through and was super helpful. Thanks guys
