Writing in regard to my last order, not the order number listed above.

I mentioned several times in my medical survey that I could only take the order of it was a day early as I was away on holiday and would be unable to pay the cash on demand. No response. I emailed the customer help team several times and was ignored. To my surprise I found that my order was progressing while I was away on holiday. When prompted with the message "we will only be able to complete your order if you respond to these chat messages" I responded in the chat "cancel my order as I'm on holiday and nobody will be there to receive the parcel. ". No response, but my order was fulfilled. I arranged for a friend to collect it fortunately but this raises the concern that this site is just randomly signing off prescriptions without actually reading the forms. I had to respond with extra information in the chat box, but nobody was reading my plea to cancel - I certainly didn't provide any information that they asked for.

Now they have new limits on the prescriptions meaning this website is still selling medication for highly inflated prices, and at the customer's massive inconvenience. The support team is a sham. Smells of blind opportunistic profiteering - not health care. Look elsewhere.

The Order process is very easy.
If you have problems you can use the Chat window to get help immediatelly by a Customer Service Representative.
After sending a screenshot from your money Transfer and the Proof of a Doctor , the Order can send out the same day. If you do not want to sit in a full waiting room is Express Doctor definetelly an alternativ.

Sometimes UPS fail to deliver as expected. But Express dr. is invaluable as a reliable and fast net pharmacies. I hope they continue for many more years.//Stefan

I like using your service but feel trust is one way, your way only, you seek each time for proof I have paid which I find offensive to say the least, I also find paying in Euro's which you are not in currency in Euro's, I'm aware of other sites attached to you does accept pound sterling, SO !! IF these questions actually do make a difference !! I'd like two things to change. (1) To stop doing screenshots of proof of paying. (2) To stop paying in expensive Euro's due to exchange rates into Euro's adds up more expensive for us, you do accept pound sterling so please make this site paying in Pound Sterling, otherwise it gets even more expensive by bank charges and its hard to find your other sites that do accept pound sterling. I hope writing this does actually make some changes. Thank you. PS: When paying you ! if I or anyone else doesn't have funds in their bank account! it wouldnt go through & it would give us a bank fine too, and the moment it has gone through on the payment! it's ear marked straight away to pay you so its 100% secure both ways so please stop the screenshots of proof & make all sites accept pound sterling cause your country doesnt use euro's so why make us pay in euro's cause we get charges by the bank to convert to euros & hopefully after today the 23rd of June 2016, we will be leaving the Euro behind by voting out of it. please do what your other sites do by accepting pound sterling. thank you & I hope this does actually change thngs... if you do stop the proof & accept sterling, & even better, Visa card payments, I'd give FULL Stars. but if you don't actually change anything, I'd then wish not to be sent these emails to comment if their not actually doing anything.

I've used this company a few times, it is far more expensive than others around and the service is no better. Delayed Delivery twice in a row, order completed on Thursday before 11am, yet delivery not due until Monday....

Extremely helpful and expedient service from Express Doctor. Dave was very helpful and dealt with all my queries in a very professional manner. I will only use Express Doctor from now on.
