The X4 eBook reader I ordered was damaged on arrival and didn't work.
I have emailed customer support, they did get back to me with some reset procedures to try. The procedures didn't fix it. So I am now waiting to see if they send a replacement.

Went to the site to make a purchase and left. Have since been spammed with emails, despite never giving them my email or making an account on the site.

I will now not be purchasing one. Huge overstep to contact me without asking, even bigger one to then spam emails.

Ich habe eine Bestellung am 19.02. aufgegeben (XTeInk X4 weiss und Zubehör) und am 25.02. sollte der Versand nach dem Chinese New Year starten.
Paypal hat mein Konto am 23.03. belastet und am 26.02. habe ich keine Statusänderung über den Versand/ die Bestellung erhalten, also habe ich eine Email geschickt. Am 27.02. am Morgen ebenso wieder eine freundliche Nachfrage und keine Antwort. Habe erst dann dummerweise hier bei Trustpilot nach der Firma gesucht und genug Bewertungen mit mehr oder weniger identischen Inhalt gefunden und nun versucht die Bestellung bei Paypal anzuzeigen um mein Geld wieder zurückerstattet zu bekommen.

1 - 配送の問題です。

いいえ、今回は配送会社の責任ではありません。しかも、配送会社は責任を負おうとしませんでした。
ひどいカスタマーサービスです。

2 - X4は説明と一致しません。

Do not use this website. I made this purchase at the beginning of January and I have had NO updates since. Customer Service is none existent, multiple emails and I’ve never heard back. I reached out on social media and they have blocked me without responding.

I do not recommend xteink.com.

They shipped my order via SpeedX (speedx.io). The courier marked my parcel as “incorrect address” and then disposed of it.
The address was fully correct — I’ve used it hundreds of times without issues.

SpeedX officially confirmed that the package was destroyed and told me to contact the merchant for a refund or replacement.

Xteink refused responsibility.
They claimed they “can’t contact the courier” and instead of a refund offered a 40% discount and accessories for an item I never received.

I paid for a product, got nothing, and was asked to spend more money.
Multiple reviews describe the same scenario.

If they lose your package, you lose your money. Avoid.

after you maid payment, thats s it, no update even after emailing them. Customer service none existent. i'm not sure if i've been scam or what.

Ordered on 2025-12-24 but thanks to the unprofessional shipping company, speedx.io, the item was never delivered. Their customer service no longer responds to my requests for replacement or refund. I do not recommend buying from this shopify-based store - the same item can be had at aliexpress for less.
