They discuss beforehand what will be done. Asking you if there are any specials needs or areas you would like them to concentrate on.

So, so pleased! I’ve followed this company on Instagram for a while and finally decided to get our carpets and sofa cleaned after 6 years of living in our house with a spaniel and a toddler. I can’t recommend them enough - we’re absolutely delighted with the results! We’ll definitely be using them again, especially for a floor and patio clean now we’ve seen how great everything looks. Thanks so much Steven!

Brilliant service. Kyle arrived on time to clean my carpets . Excellent service. Carpet look as new. Really pleased

I called Stephen in a hell of a panic as l had a RAT in my lounge l was terrified and need my lounge carpet cleaned asap. He told me he was out on a job and couldn't fit me in for 2 weeks as was going on holiday the following morning. I explained what had happened said leave it with him and called me back an hour later to say he had managed to change a few things around and was sending two of his guys out later thst afternoon
I will be forever grateful to Stephen and his team.
