You supplied a very quick service once I placed the order and it was extremely well packed too, so thank you so much for that, but your pre-sale comms was not great at all, I had to ask so many times for help and info, best rings, and response to a question relating the the very expense scope I bought, £1,400.00 etc, etc I would have understood if I was asking about a £200.00 scope, also extremely abrupt response when I did finally receive part of the question I asked, so 1 star for customer pre-sale service, then I receive a dozen requests for rating! 5 stars through for the great scope and fast delivery. However, one last point, The Allen key was loose, not fastened down and the key itself that was out of its Polly bag could have scratched the scope. I wonder how you would have responded had the scope been scratched by the key?! Thanks anyway

Took a little while to get stock across from the US, I assume, but apart from that all good and smooth transaction. Would recommend, unless you are in a hurry.
