I have been scammed a handful of times…
I have been scammed a handful of times online. I ordered about $200:worth of cologne,airpods,a watch and headphones.Got a fake sounding message after ordering saying they had a 3-4 week shipping delay. Was suspicious. .4 weeks went by and my order never shipped.Contacted xvend they offered a refund. 24 hours my entire payment was fully refunded. Obviously they have some major customs delays...but if they were scammers no refund would have been given. I would order again...and give them more time. I was obviously suspicious so I accepted the refund thinking it would never come..24 hours later I was completely refunded every dollar spent. That builds trust with me..I hope they solve their customs issues I am veey happy that I was refunded and super fast. This is about trust regardless of the fact they have customs problems. They still did right in the end by me..no argument, no negative anything..just a fast full refund.
