I have been very happy with Y-our Network over the past years. They are always available when needed and the systems are fit for purpose. I can safely recommend them.

We have been with Y-our Network for several years and have been very happy with them. If there is ever an issue we just email and we get a response very quickly and they deal with the issue just sending updates at each stage.

After using rip off companies Y-our were seamless helpful and completely transparent. Couldnt recommend these guys more.

Having come to the end of a really awful telecoms business contract, I was very suspicious and highly skeptical about entering into a new contract. I had numerous companies come in and say they could do this and that but, reading the small print led me to believe that it would just be the same old nonesence. I met with Y-our Network Group who understood the Skepticism and put me on a fixed price contract that I was happy with, with clear explanation of the costs that would be incurred. I signed up with them and so far, they have delivered on the promises, provided competent and professional back-up and service to resolve any issues promptly and again, they call back when they say they will. I would always hesitate to recommend a company in the Telecoms space but, Y-our network Group is the best that I have come across.

The transition from our previous supplier was seamless, their hardware and connectivity are reliable, and their customer support is second to none. Kirstie deserves a special mention for her responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond whenever we need assistance.

Internet constantly down, constant issues with the phones! Avoid if you are trying to run a business!

We are a small company always had trouble with other telephone company. y-our network group were extremely helpful. Justine came to do installation and kept me informed on the progress all the time he was here. and kept me in formed about every step. great guy brilliant service thank you very much. excellent!! 10/10

We were with a different company but were being robbed with hidden charges etc.
Will and the guys have got us OUT of that contract! Our new phones are massively better quality sound etc.
The sales/customer service and installation has all been dream for us. They are a lovely bunch. This company is ideal for small businesses who want suppliers who cut the guff and just do the job straight up and down!! I HIGHLY recommend :)

Had a great experience with the guys at Y-our Network Group, from start to finish, provided me with phones and broadband for my small business. Installation was quick and customer service received so far is very efficient.

A guy called Miles called and his mannerism was very rude - there are proper ways of asking to speak to a person and ending a call properly - this person does not do the company any good.!

The phones perform perfectly, and any small teething issues were sorted quickly by Kirstie and Saffron. All around outstanding customer service. I highly recommend your network group!

Very professional and helpful service. Kirstie responds to queries very promptly, and engineers are on call to fix any issues should they arise. We switched to Y-our Network from a previous supplier and transition was smooth and they advised us through the process.

This company is completely dishonest. DO NOT TOUCH THEM!

They were supposed to settle our previous contract but didn't. We had to settle it ourselves before legal action was taken against us leaving us out of pocket by £8k.

Also Set up Direct Debits without our knowledge.

Then made up some fictitious amount of money we owed them to 'credit us' when we went to the ombudsman. They are complete crooks.

Kirstie was helpful, Justin completely unprofessional and dishonest.

Really helpful and quick response from the Customer Service Team which resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. Thank you.

We recently moved our telecoms system and broadband over to Y-our Network Group, and from the very start they have been fantastic to deal with.
The team came in, took the time to properly understand our business, and gave us a real boost in terms of both confidence and capability. They did not just replace what we had, they helped us understand how to level up our professionalism and make better use of a modern telecoms system that actually supports how we work.
A special mention has to go to Will. His support has been absolutely unmatched, and he has been a huge part of how smooth and positive the whole experience has been. He is incredibly knowledgeable, always on hand when needed, and has such an easy going, approachable personality that working with him has been a genuine pleasure, to the point where we have actually become friends along the way.
Everything was clearly explained, the transition was seamless, and the ongoing support has been excellent. Highly recommended.
