Can you please clarify whether you were trying to reach YachtWorld directly or had submitted an inquiry to a broker or seller through a listing? We’ve requested some additional information from you through Trustpilot.

YachtWorld connects buyers with the brokers and sellers representing each listing, and while they are responsible for responding to individual inquiries, we do want to know when someone is having difficulty connecting through our marketplace. We monitor listing quality and availability and can look into a specific listing or inquiry when an issue is brought to our attention.

If you were trying to reach YachtWorld directly to sell a boat, we’d also like to know how you contacted us so we can look into that experience. We hope you’ll provide the requested details so we can better understand what happened and see how we can help. Thank you.

It sounds like this review may have been intended for another company, as YachtWorld is an online marketplace connecting boat buyers with brokers and sellers rather than a retailer of marine mattresses.
