Really great service thankyou .... and the excel 5mm gloves were like toast.... barley a drip of water got into them and that may have actually been sweat as my hands were so warm... they didn't hin... Ver mais

Update. Just a note to say that Yakwax have resolved my issue to my complete satisfaction. I think my original email had become lost in the system. Id be happy to recommend Yakwax. Excellent service

I've sent this email twice to try & resolve my issue. There's been no response

Received my order today. 

As you can see from the attached photo, the tube containing the moisturiser has a hole in the bottom & the contents have leaked in to the packaging. 

 What is your policy in these circumstances?

 Will you be sending a replacement?

I am so sorry you have faced an issue with your order and that the tube was damaged during the postage transit.

I have personally emailed you in full regarding the situation so you should find that in your inbox now.

One of my colleagues has also been in contact with you and can see you have already replied which is greatly appreciated.

Of course we will rectify this situation for you and hope you receive your replacement package really quickly.

Excellent service. Top quality product.

I bought a very reasonably priced backpack off Yakwax. They took my money (actually I gave it to them) and a few days later it turned up which in today's topsy turvy world counts as a big win.

I don't have the backpack anymore btw.

It was a gift.
