Great quality and price, tried loads of work trousers so far and they’ve only lasted a few months, can tell these will last a lot longer

Still waiting for order 1499 even though I have I have sent 2 emails.. considering the postage cost a third of the order. I will not be returning to this company aftercare service appalling.

The original order did not turn up, so managed to get through on telephone someone actually answered, they resent garment but in smaller size, but garment was too small , as they did not have any larger left, tried a dozen times to get through again for return address , but noone answers, I have returned it to an address on the label , but who knows I am awaiting my refund

If I could give zero stars I would. Awful company, no customer service and no order/refund. Ordered two items 19th January 2-3 days delivery. Never arrived. Emailed 27th through site and told had tried to call me numerous times as one item not in stock in chosen colour, so chose different colour and emailed response. No acknowledgement and still no order. Emailed again three times and left phone messages, no responses or answer. It’s now the 5th and still no delivery. Do not trust or order.

My item hasn't arrived, I ordered over a week ago, I was offered a refund but I don't want a refund I want the item or a replacement sent. When emailing regarding this twice, no one has replied to me, so I've now not got my item or my money. Useless customer service.

From date of order to delivery - no problems. Good service.

placed order for thermal underwear and only got half the order correct and the other half of the order wrong size on one item and wrong colour on other order.
I got in touch and was told they didnt have what I ordered in stock.
Definitely would not recommend

Unfortunately I’m still waiting for my replacement items to be delivered, which will now surpass the date in which I needed my goods (my original order was placed over 2 weeks ago) so disappointing. I was advised that they are looking to change couriers in the new year, until this happens I won’t be ordering again!!

In regards to your response I completely understand about the stresses logistics are currently facing but I did place an order to China on the same day & that arrived on Wednesday with no issues & it was delivered by the same courier you use!!

Took a week to come, then received an order for someone else, returned the incorrect order the same day, still waiting for the correct order 6 days later. Now nobody answering the phone, wish I’d looked at the reviews first deffo would not have used them!
