I've placed a order 12Feb24, for a multi-bike lifter.
I've followed up with an email for movement for this item and no response.
Phone calls with no answer and no response with voice mail left.
What is going on?

Buyer beware!!! If I could leave less than 1 star I would.

I placed an order weeks ago for an item YBL stated as having in stock online. Fast forward 2+weeks, with no mention from the company, I find that my payment "expired" and that fulfillment status was "unfulfilled." What does that even mean??? There is no issue with my credit card whatsoever. Why list a product as being in stock, especially before the holidays, only to find out that it never was truly in stock. I'm now left to deal, "with my financial institution to [recover my] funds."

Please order from this merchant if you want additional headaches in your life. I'm left without the product ordered and without my funds. Should be illegal to operate a business as such. I'm truly in awe and fully disgusted!

Never ever ever buy from them. Huge scam. They will sell you a defective product. Have you send it back and then never give you a refund. Horrible company. Stay away

Horrible and nonexistent customer support. I was sent a lift that didn’t work and after 4-5 months, returned it. I spent $1800 and they said the unit was “damaged and couldn’t be resold” when they got it back. IT NEVER WORKED IN THE FIRST PLACE. Thanks for taking $600 of my hard earned money and o my refunding me $1200. Shameful.

After waiting 7 weeks and multiple excuses about delivery, I canceled the order and asked for a credit card refund, never happened, filed a disputed charge with my CC provider.

Overall good. But took multiple deliveries for all components to arrive

Sent me a broken bike, noticed parts were broken after I built it. They sent me replacement parts and those were broken too, poorly packaged in a plastic bag lol. Tried to get a refund and had to wait for "warehouse" aka china to approve the refund with no success, i called my credit card company and had them chargeback. That woke them up and they finally said they will approve a refund, once bike is returned, told them great send someone to pick it up... writing this review and still no one has come to get rid of it. I have emailed them twice and no response from Russell, who is the only person that answers their customer service phone and email. Crappy bike, crappy service, buy from a local manufacturer to avoid these headaches and carelessness. YBL you lost my business forever

Not as advertised or listed on my bill of lading. No customer service from manufacture and had a nice third party person who just sounded nice but no help. A scam in my eyes

The ebike is great but after my first ride I found that it has a debunk pedal. I need a new left pedal.

I got my awning on the date that I need it. I love how they've provided me with the information and specification of each awning. I will order again soon!

Took 31/2 weeks for the product to arrive and then it was missing the control panel so. I’m still waiting for that! Ugh

Ordered and paid for a grill. Shipping included. Two weeks later I received and email stating they would not ship unless I paid an additional $450.

The lifts showed up on time and were pretty easy to install.
