Morgan and Kris have sols me a few cars over the years, they are honest and helpful when dealing with my family would recommend them

Brought a kia sportage from ycc cars and i can't praise Luis and Tim from the sales team enough for how helpful they both were. There was nothing that was too much trouble for them explain. Even the delivery driver was was very helpful and explained everything to do with the car .one of the best car dealers I've ever dealt with

Tim the sales person was very helpful. Test drove on Thursday, and drove away on Tuesday with mot, valeted and all documentation done.

Just bought our tucson from YCC, from the start Tim the salesman was a very helpful guy. He made sure before I collected the car it was mot,d & serviced. The car was clean & tidy and I am very happy with the car.
Thank you Tim for your help and attention, would recommend to anyone looking for a good quality car.

I telephoned to check that a vehicle was available and could be taken out on a test drive. The vehicle was confirmed as available and I said I was already on my way and would be their shortly.

When I arrived a salesman approached me and said there was a problem. The problem being that shortly after I had called another customer had called in on spec and they were in the process of selling the vehicle to them. He claimed is was literally within a minute the second customer turned up and he tried to phone me back immediately. Unfortunately I have the the records on my phone that show this to be blatantly untrue.

If this is how they are prepared to deceive when dealing with something as simple as a pre-arranged test drive I can only imagine what untruths would be used if an unsuspecting customer has a more serious issue to resolve having been unfortunate enough to have bought a vehicle with any sort of fault from this amateurish cowboy outfit.

I leave this review as a warning you pays your money and takes your choice. If you want honesty, trust and integrity YCC is best avoided.
