Terrible
Ordered 2 items on 2nd October with 2 day delivery, received email advising dispatch and I would receive on Tuesday, DPD confirmed there was a delay. The day after they were shipped back to Yelir so I emailed and asked what was going on and they confirmed a replacement was sent out and I would received on Monday 12th (today) and an apology, I asked if I would receive an email of delivery tracking etc and I got no reply. Today comes round I emailed to ask for an update as I had no idea what time it was arriving to then see my money has been refunded and the replacement had also been sent back. When emailed to ask why they said there was an issue with the scanning process, that is my problem how? Nearly 2 weeks later I’m still without the parcel that was ordered for a reason it wasn’t for myself, after asking to escalate I was given no response and I refuse to spend another £155 for the same thing to happen again, the most frustrating thing in all this is the lack of communication from Yelir, for the price of their products you’d expect customer service
