Ordered a 'Magic' remote control for a smart t.v. recently purchased. This remote does not come with the t.v., only the standard remote. The correct one was sent promptly and very well protected with bubble wrap. Very good service, would recommend this company to anyone, based on my experience.

Searching for an LG 48" OLED and found Yellow Electronics. Good price, condition and guarantee. Bought on a Monday, delivery forecast for the coming Friday or next Monday. Arrived Wednesday morning, securely wrapped in strong air pocket packaging. Installed and working beautifully.

I Ordered an LG CX over the new year bank holiday. I had a few queries about delivery and delivery tracking. Victoria was very helpful and promptly sent me a follow up email to summarise our conversation with links to track my order. Would highly recommend and thank you again Victoria!

stand is Great but small screws are to small is there any bigger ones i think they are small bolts

Our television arrived earlier than expected and exactly as described.

I never thought I'd be able to afford one of the LG signature TVs. The advert on ebay said it had screen burn so I thought it would be quite bad but I figured it was worth it because it's the only way I would ever afford one. The only way I can see the screen burn as if I am about 12 inches away from the TV! The price was amazing for what I got! I saw this TV when it was brand new £3,000 only 3 years ago and I never thought I would have one in my home especially for uner £400!!!. It made for an awesome Christmas. Thankyou yellow :)

I placed an order a couple of days ago and I have received no communication from Yellow Electronics since I placed the order. I only received a payment receipt, which isn't even from Yellow Electronics but from their payment partner. Their website indicates my order is 'completed', but I haven't received it, I can't see where my order is and I haven't received an update from the delivery partner either, which specialises in overnight deliveries so you would expect it was with them or with us by now. I would definitely advise Yellow Electronics to improve their communication. It feels very dodgy to me and not something you expect when placing an expensive order online. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.
