I need somebody here who has purchased Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus from these people. Can somebody here who has successfully downloaded and installed the software please share step-by-step instructions on what I should have done?

I bought 2-lifetime licence keys for Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus back on June 23rd last year. I thought this was for the standalone versions of Microsoft Office 2021 for PC. I was going to use one license when I got my new computer with Windows 11. That was earlier this month. When I clicked on the link, they gave me for the download; it was not the official Microsoft website. I ended up downloading Microsoft 365 from that link (unless I did something drastically wrong). I do not want Microsoft 365.

Can somebody tell me why I ended up getting Microsoft 365 instead of Microsoft Office 2021 for PC? Please tell me I have got this wrong, and they are two genuine licences for the standalone versions of Microsoft Office 2021 for PC.

I will change my review rating if someone can provide me with the proper instructions for downloading this software and using it effectively.

My other question is, why can't I just download it from Microsoft's official website if these are genuine licences? That is what I should do, and if I do, will the serial keys still work?

I tried to purchase QuickBooks. Their website indicated the transaction was completed & I received a confirmation email from them. I asked through website chat for the license number. They accused me of being a scammer and repeatedly used foul language. In sum, I had to cancel two different credit cards to ensure they don't post fraudulent charges. BEWARE!!

Had a very good experience! Received my download information within an hour. Responses to my emails were always within about 5 minutes top. Great customer service and affordable products!

Seamless. Fast response. Easy website process. Used it to register an existing Windows OS so I don't lose data, etc. Yay.

I am not sure if my attempt to download windows 10 was successful or not, but I am not computer smart.

All I needed was a license key for Windows 10 after installing a new motherboard and processor in my desktop PC. That's exactly what I got.

Quick ,prompt &genuine . I had no problem installing & activating with the key
I will recommend them to anyone
Thanks

Purchased a licence for Windows 11 Pro, but it licence key supplied had already been used on too many computers. i.e. it did not licence my product. Other buyers beware

The license received had already been used. No replace from customer service.

Works on my computer just like it suppose to.

All good, just wonder how that works???

I had some hardware issues with some computers. By the time everything ran again the Windows license quit. Instead of going to Micro Soft I tried you for a lot less money and it worked just fine.

Met my expectations. Would buy from them again.

I made a mistake when downloading and I believe my download was not successful. I would like to try again.

impossible to confirm purchase on your website.
purchase not received.
can't see myself either making another purchase from you or recommending you to anyone.... ever!

The key I received didn’t work (said it’s already being used on another computer)

Cannot contact you whether using email or even smoke signals 👎👎👎
Cannot properly install office without the 365 madness.
