I’m not please I need to know where is my order

I bought a smart watch from Yiselieks 22 June 2026.
After several weeks it arrived.
After wearing it for 2 weeks, the screen died only to come back the next day but all functions on the touch screen does not work.
Clearly inferioir quality and after sending them my complaint, they do not reply.
Very poor company to deal with!
They should be shut down!!!

I've been emailing this company since they received my payment they are not returning my emails I gave them the order number they're not giving me a tracking number haven't heard anything from them sent them three emails so far with no response if I could I would leave zero Stars

WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ORGANISATION!! They promised money back guarantee but give nothing they actually blocked me from sending them emails

the nerve of these people are ridiculous we spent $80 on something that looks like its worth about 30 cents they do not deserve to have this business! this is a terrible scam i have now learned to ALWAYS check the comments before i buy and so should you! unfortunately you have to leave at least one star😒😡

This is a scam. You do not receive the advertised product. What you receive is garbage, a joke, which you will discard after you contact your credit card company and force them to give you a refund. No company name, no company address, no company phone number, no one to complain to.

The additur did not fit the fossette standard cm size would not screw in. How do I return and get a refund.

Extremely disappointed.

Just avoid these people at all costs. They do not honor the 7 day refund return policy, products are not what they are advertised as.Just avoid!!!
