Customer Service is beyond bad. Any response is an attempt to patronize the customer and end the discussion. Do not believe any dates or shipping expectations. DO NOT PAY for expedited shipping. They have a "48 hour fulfillment promise" which even if they do not keep, they blame the carrier, then when the carrier does not deliver it anywhere close to the same time, they ignore and shut down the conversation. I was told to contact UPS if the order was late! I ordered a dress, paid for 2nd day delivery, the confirmation of fulfillment came 3 days later, I have all the emails, customer service is still telling me it was within 48 hours. The package was then delivered 5 days after the confirmation of a shipment is on the way email. 8 days later I received a single dress that I paid an extra $11 to receive through 2nd day air. No surprise, refunds do NOT include the shipping costs! Do not try to continue any conversation as the final response I received was "Our team will no longer be engaging in this conversation." Absolute garbage.

Dress is fine, not worth $100+, find similar dresses on Amazon for $30

Worst costumer service by far. When asking for assistance with a return they refused to send a return label stating they already sent us one.. we never received one, even if we had it really wouldn’t have been too hard to send another.. they were also VERY rude and short in their responses. Do not purchase from them (also cheap quality products for the price- hens the desire to return the item). We were also unaware of their return policy - we were told it is ALL over their website and in their FAQs (it was not clearly obvious anywhere).

Just like one of the other reviewers one of the items I purchased was much too small and very unflattering. My measurements fit the size chart. I saw "free returns" so I bought it without investigating. Turns out, "free returns" are a $5 restock fee with only 7 days (weekends count) to return and ONLY store credit. In addition the return process is lengthy. You have to post a photo with your explanation (you have to convert the file beforehand because a regular photo from your smartphone will be too large to upload) and then they have to review your return request before you are given the shipping label to return.

So overall quality of items felt good! Nothing that concerned me around drop shipping however one of the items was too small and overall wasn’t flattering. Went to return and of course they 1 require photos for your return, 2 you only have 7 days to make a return, and 3 it’s ONLY store credit. Wish there was a bit of a warning before I went ahead about bought something. Just a heads up - vaguely frustrating

Have waited over 6 weeks for dress never arrived I had to jump up and down for them to do anything then they said order was lost which I don't believe and that they will refund

Really high quality and original pieces. Wasn't sure since an ad got me to their site, but they're legitimate. Shipping was ideal and cute packaging. Beware other sites trying to rip off their items.

Great quality! I love my new sweater. The China comments are not valid. Brands are ripped off on China websites all the time. The products ship from South Florida! Will order again!

This company is not trustable. It says shipping takes 4-5 days on the website. They charged me $28 on the shipping, been three weeks now I have not received my order. The tracking is pretty useless, updates every few days to tell you the order goes around everywhere in the country but not to you. I asked to cancel my order but customer service told me once the order is shipped it's out of their hands. The only thing you can do is wait.

Update: quality and cutting look cheap...definitely not worth the price.

Yellow The Label has extremely long shipping times, difficulty receiving service and products definitely come from Aliexpress China!! Buyers Beware!
