Decent parts availability, but on a carefully maintained pickup, with less than 60,000 miles on the 22re engine, the new “oem” oil pressure gauge sending unit only functioned for less than 10hrs of operating time.
Very hard to believe an OEM part failed so quickly, but touch the harness connector to ground, and the pressure reaches max. Stripped a small portion of the harness, and grounding it pegs the gauge. When connected to the sending unit, nothing.

The lady that answered the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me find an O-ring for my 4.0L that Toyota couldn't find. I will be back next time I need parts for my Tacoma.

Super slow snail mail shipping and to top it off horrible customer service

Ordered a $20 seal kit, same as one I ordered 3 months ago using same payment method, received no order confirmation, they shipped it to the wrong address and refused to send another kit to the correct address because they don't think they made a mistake and I have no proof of my order or that it was shipped to wrong address.

The Yotashop team provided outstanding customer service to help me find the correct size connecting rod bearings for my 1988 4x4 22RE. Their technical support team took time with my phone call to listen carefully then discuss some options. I did some further research to find the stamped letters and numbers on the rods and the less important block numbers and through several emails and phone calls, we got the correct bearings. Sarah and Michael both took a lot of time to ensure we got it right and I was thankful and even surprised that they invested so much for just around $100 in parts. They followed up with the order details with a phone call when I hadn't gotten back to them in a day or two with the rod letters just to see if I needed any further help to figure it out. It really showed me that they care for their customers. This outstanding company culture has my loyalty for the rest of my Toyota needs to keep my 37 year old truck on the road and trail. They seem to be a good company when orders go as they should. If any problems arise they have bad attitudes and tell you they will call back with some information after a few minutes and will ghost you since your a problem. I called and were pissy towards me after I was friendly since had no prior reason to not be. Use them for parts reference and order Amazon if you can. I realize some stuff I will I have to utilize them but if I can help I won’t.

I found myself in a difficult situation with needing to replace what turns out to be an expensive mirror out of pocket for a Tacoma truck. Yotashop customer service has been very helpful. I would use them again and recommend their service.

This is already the 3rd time ive order a part that had my vehicle listed in its compatibility. And it doesn’t fit or is incorrect. There shipping and return policy is a joke as well. Regardless of them having the incorrect listings of compatible vehicles they still charge you for returning the item.

I've been calling and calling no answer throws u to a voice mail telling u there not there and can not answer and it hangs up on u. I'm very disappointed I had to order my parts else where I will not ver call here AGAIN..!!!

My personal opinion of Yota shop is amazing Iv had no issues. They have what I need and they ship fast communication is excellent! Thank you Yota shop for supplying me with the parts to keep my rig on the road! I'm not a very wealthy person, But that's one thing I value about Yota shop for Genuine OEM toyota parts they are at affordable prices. The best in solving problems. I had an issue on a Tacoma truck that I have been trying to solve for over a year. No one in my area, including the dealership could help. I called YotaShop and they helped me find the parts I needed from pictures I took of my truck. Their customer service was definitely above and beyond. There is no question if I will be a returning customer. I am definitely grateful for the time and effort they put into researching the parts and cross referencing numbers to ensure I received the proper parts. If I were any closer I would take them out for drinks and lunch

I recently purchased a rebuilt engine from Yotashop for my 2001 Toyota Tacoma pickup (4 cylinder). Michael there at Yotashop was great to work with. He answered my questions, helped me with the details of my order and immediately intervened when I had problems with the shipping company. The engine was shipped precisely on the promised lead time and was well-built. Once installed in my truck and after the break-in period, it runs like new! The price wasn't cheap, but the quality and service were excellent, and the customer service support went above and beyond the call. I'm a happy customer, and would recommend Yotashop to anyone needing a Toyota engine replacement.

I ordered a radiator shroud clips for my toyota haven't got a tracking number nothing about its being shipped.I know they are small parts but I'm tired of my shroud rattling and wearing earplugs inside my truck

Bought a rebuilt 22RE engine from Yotashop to replace one from Oriellys that lasted 30 seconds (head gasket not torqued properly and the oil channels were all clogged amongst other things). Absolutely no problems with it. Customer service was some of the best I have ever experienced. I hope that they have got some business from my recommendations and they will be getting more from me.

I have a 2002 4Runner that I order crankshaft bolt and Valve cover gaskets and plenum and throttle body gaskets my ASE service shop just installed and said parts were a great fit. Thanks for quick shipping.

Ordered parts for my Toyota 4 runner 1992 engine. Checked my email for an order update couldn't find one, BUT it was not under my priority email, you have to look at all the mail to find it. Turns out 2 days after I ordered it it was already at my front door. I was shocked it arrived so quickly.

Ordered the oil pump cover o ring gasket and front main seal on Sat. received them the following friday $29.00 included shipping.
I'll use YotaShop now, until im given reason to stop.😉

Best radiator for the 22re that I have found. Had it at my front door in 5 days. I'm gonna order another one here soon for my 86 4ruuner.
