We stayed at the Camden location for 3 nights. While the space itself and location were great, there were quite a few issues we discovered during our stay. The door to the apartment looks like it had been broken into with a crowbar and hastily repaired. There was still raw plaster still on the wall around the lock. The valence for the blinds had previously fallen and been left balanced on the radiator. I was surprised that hadn't been picked up by the cleaning team. There was a clog in the drain (which I did report and it was fixed in a timely manner). The extractor fan in the bathroom did not turn on. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable. We could feel the springs and came to find out later this was due to the mattress being upside down, which we only discovered on our last day while trying to find the source of multiple tiny bugs. We think they were book lice, probably due to the extractor fan being broken. We later found an infestation in the bathroom. I informed the location of these issues, along with pictures, and received the following reply: "Thank you so much for the detailed review of your experience.
We will address these points with our cleaning team.

Once again, please accept out sincere apologies.

We hope this did not damper your entire stay and we hope to host you soon!"

I was also told the issues had been forwarded to the upstairs manager, who had not been in contact with me at all in the week since our stay.

On the 28th of july I find an add on Airbnb for a family trip in London from the 10th of april 2028 leaving on the 15th. The booking confirmation arrive 672 euros for 5 nights. I am thrilled because it is right in the center of London King's Cross to be exact. I give my card number. Yesterday morning they send me an email saying that the booking is cancelled because the prices for 2028 are not confirmed. The problem is they continue to advertise on AIRBNB. This morning the flat was for 670 euros. This is absolutely shameful they ruined our family trip in one click. I am not the only one who will be baited. I reported them to AIRBNB but they also advertise on Abritel. It clearly is a case of BAIT and SWITCH. If you do not beleive me have a try at it for 2028

The apartments felt very safe, secure and there's accessible parking. It's close by to amenities including restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
The apartments themselves are excellent quality with everything you'd need for a short-term stay including great quality crockery and cookware.
They also have a small gym which was perfect for a quick workout. The overall stay was great, I've actually stayed there twice and will continue to book with YourApartment!

The door doesn’t close properly.
There is no air conditioning.
The garden is full of mosquitoes.
The building is extremely noisy.
The entrance is dirty and poorly maintained.

Never trust this company.

I booked a 10-night stay, but I left immediately without spending even a single minute inside the room. They are refusing to refund my money.

This is a clear case of misleading customers.

Booking.com also shares responsibility for allowing this company to rent out these rooms through its platform.

Once again, do not trust this company.

We stayed at the Kensington site for two nights and were very impressed with the accommodation. It was comprehensive, modern and clean.
The location is also excellent.

Stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with an excellent location near Tower Bridge. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

They gave me the wrong apartment. Very Unorganised. Unclean. Poor customer support if anything goes wrong. Don’t bother. This is your warning.

The apartment was perfect : small (I booked a studio for 1 person) but perfectly formed. Well located, clean, good amenities, access instructions clear and accurate. I'll definitely stay again.

Extremely unhappy with the service I booked a room for 2 nights for myself & daughter & within 12 hours tried to amend my booking due to a family emergency.
I today have explained & sent six requests to change the dates to other alternatives this month or next as it's a lot of money to loose but all have been declined, no resolution or any offer of compensation although when booking date change requests are stated as an option.
Poor & unethical customer relations.

Absolutely fantastic service, my plans changed and I wanted to change my apartment last minute, Aneta was incredibly accommodating, brilliant service.

Absolutely fantastic! Have stayed twice here now. Lovely place in a great location. All the amenities you need, easy check in process, comfortable beds. Would recommend and will definitely stay again!

Great Location and facilities, excellent costumer service.

Small but super clean, modern and stylish accommodation located in a great, central and upmarket area that is not only very safe but also convenient for many easily walkable sights (such as the museums, Royal Albert hall and Hyde Park), the underground for those further away and the airport for your arrival as well as benefiting from many local eateries and bars on and around Kensington High Street.

No air-con but fans are provided. The top floor rooms are a bit of a climb so if this is a problem, mention this at booking. For those arriving by car, the nearby Holiday Inn is well recommended for parking.

All in all, not exactly cheap but this is central London and there are places nowhere near as good that cost the same and more.

Basically, I've stayed here before and will certainly stay again.

Beautiful Apartment, great location and good value for money.

We had a lovely stay in the 1BR apartment at YourApartment in Milton Keynes. The check-in and out processes were very seamless, and I appreciated how communicative the staff were (they even called on the morning of my arrival to inform that the apartment was available for me if I wanted to check in even earlier). We enjoyed the building's facilities - complimentary laundry room usage, lovely co-working space and gym access. The apartment was well-appointed, with good kitchen equipment and lovely decor.

Great spot for focused working, if you are in town for work.

I had a beautiful surprise when I arrived. The room was perfect, big, clean, quiet and there was everything i needed. Will happily book again at You Apartment :)

Marloes St. is next to Gloucester underground station (Piccadilly and Victoria lines)
The apartment is very Small but has everything you need.
Communication with the staff quick and fast for all kind of problems or tips.
Best place to stay in London.

We stayed at Bristol, colston road luckily for one night only. Upon check and after walking up three flights of stairs (not noted in the description anywhere!) the cleaner was still in the room hoovering. There was no air con just a fan which took up a lot of space and didn't aid in cooling down at all especially with this heat and being placed in an apartment directly located with the sun shining in on it all day. The Wi-Fi didn't work so we were left to use our own data, we raised this with the accommodation provider and they sent us a video on how to join the Wi-Fi despite us confirming it was a server error. The plumbing was also horrific, the sink stayed full of water! Would not recommend this place to stay to anyone.

This is the third Your Apartment that we have stayed in, in two different buildings. This time our dog stayed too.
Ideal for a short stay to visit relatives. Comfortable and well equipped. It was easy to book and there was good communication about gaining access.
We will definitely use Your Apartment again
