I experienced a major turbo failure on a car I purchased from this dealership after just two weeks of driving. When I initially bought the vehicle, they offered it for £200 less if I agreed to 'no warranty', a misleading tactic, as statutory consumer rights cannot be waived by a dealer. When the car broke down and was declared unsafe to drive, I was left completely out of pocket, forced to pay £170 for recovery transport just to get it home. When I exercised my legal 30-day right to reject the faulty car for a refund, they initially pushed back, falsely claiming a 'first right to repair' and refusing to reimburse my transport costs. The entire process was stressful and lacked transparency.

SCAMMERS! Avoid at all costs. They literally clear engine code just before selling you the car. Problems with car literally the next day. A bunch of fraudsters!

Absolutely AVOID! My partner bought a car from these people over a year ago and it’s had literally constant problems. We were told everything was fine and within afew months issues started popping up one thing after another and the car constantly went into limp mode. When we picked it up there was a small leak from the engine that we were promised would be sorted before collection. The leak was coming from the intercooler pipes and the engine. We are bitterly disappointed because my partner has had very little luck with cars and always bought the cheapest runaround. This was the first car he’d bought that was actually something he wanted and he was so excited. The people we dealt with assured us the car was running perfectly and promised that they’d sorted the leak that we had noticed from the engine before we bought it. They hadn’t. It started leaking almost straight away and the garage we took it to said it had been completely bodged. We part exchanged this car with the little runaround we had at the time and received tickets because they hadn’t changed the wonder ship over to them. They argued with us about sorting these tickets and expected us to sort out the change of ownership! The problems started to arise exactly 3 months after we bought the car, exactly the same time that the warranty ran out. Isn’t that a coincidence?We’re now at the point that we are scrapping the car because we cannot afford to spend anymore money on getting its problems fixed. Very disappointed and absolutely wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

I bought a 2019 white peugeot traveller from this company. Initially they are a great sales team, i spent months searching for what seemed a trustworthy trader to buy a second hand car from. They give you lots of reassurance that they are genuine, however, in my case that isnt true at all. The peugeot broke down the day after they delivered it, and though they offered to repair it when I asked for a refund 5 days later they outright refused multiple times telling me the consumer rights act doesn't apply. I then found out they sold me the car which was on an active recall and didnt tell me. The recall had nothing to do with the fault which after independent inspection revealed major issues- it could not be put through diagnostics without a repair first!
Despite all of this they still tried to tell me I wasn't entitled to a full refund despite the law being on my side. I have now instructed a solicitor to deal with it and will have to go to court to get all of my money back.
How the car got through an mot or passed their AA 100 point check is super questionable given it needed repairs to the engine just for diagnostics. I have reported them to Trading Standards and will also report them to the AA because they are supposed to be an AA approved company.
