From start to finish the service was great how Joe put together the package and how well it ran like clockwork the accommodation was good the courses were brilliant weather great company great I’ve done several bookings thru YGT and never been disappointed keep it up and I’ll definitely recommend YGT to my friends 🏌️🏌️🏌️

Brilliant Service, sorted everything out

Booked a golf trip through Your Golf Travel and the whole process was spot on. Everything was easy to organise and communication was good from the start.

There was a bit of an issue with availability at Pebble Beach after we’d already booked, which had me a bit worried, but they handled it really well. Matt stayed in touch the whole time and kept me updated, and in the end sorted an alternative that I was really happy with.

Tee times and everything else were all sorted with no hassle, so it’s taken the stress out of organising a big trip.

Overall really impressed with how it was handled – great service from Matt. Would definitely use them again.

Be warned - do NOT use this company!!!

Very good in booking a trip and taking your money but the worst experience ever in after sales care.

Broken promise after broken promise. Emails simply not replied to. Promises to return phone calls not honoured. A truly dreadful and frustrating experience.

I am the lead on a group golf trip of 8 people to Portugal. YGT were great and quick when booking. Payment requests were on time but when things went wrong, they are truly awful.

It wasn't their fault that EasyJet changed a flight time. However , we just got an email from them stating the new flight time, which landed AFTER the tee times booked for day 1. Nothing from them as to how to handle this and it was only through me advising them that Jet 2 had earlier flights did they change it. Even then, I have had to chase and chase with non response to emails and calls.

I have been asking for an individual breakdown of revised costs since some people have hold bags and some don't. I've also been seeking the refund that they have admitted we are owed but again, no response to emails and phone calls simply don't get returned.

Be warned- do NOT use this company- we won't again!!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us following your recent flight issues and the service received during that time. I am sincerely sorry that we have not met your expectations in this regard.

As you are now aware, at the time Easyjet amended your outward flight, this was considered a minor change only by the airline and would not have allowed for a full cancellation and/or change or airline.

Our operations team therefore simply amended the details and re-sent your paperwork, omitting to check the tee times on your arrival day which was an oversight on their behalf and for which I would again like to apologise. This is not the correct procedure and the relevant manager has been made aware so any training requirements can be addressed with the relevannt team member.

Easyjet then amended your return flight which did allow for a cancellation and airline change and this was actioned accordingly, allowing us to book the requested Jet flights instead.

I have sent you the individual breakdown of costs on email and an updated confirmation invoice should also now be in your inbox.

Once again, i am sincerely sorry that the tee times were not raised when the flights were amended and for the delay in coming back to you with the breakdown of costs.

Having reviewed your booking file, I can see that your request was actioned on 12 December 2025 and an updated confirmation was emailed to you, showing the price reduction and removal of one passenger. You then paid your balance on 23 December with the reduced costs.

I would like to assure you that we have not intentionally ignored any email from you, however, I am unable to see the email you reference which has not been responded to. Be cautious

Be cautious when booking with YGT. Our return flight with JET2 was cancelled, and according to Jet2’s own terms and EU Regulation EC 261/2004, we’re entitled to a refund or a proper rebooking not just whatever alternative YGT happens to choose. This new flight doesn’t work for some people in our group, which has caused a real headache for everyone. I’ve reached out twice to Jack, the Operations Executive who broke the news, as well emailed customer service, but haven’t heard a thing back. Honestly, I’d recommend booking directly with the airline and looking for a different golf travel company.

What’s also frustrating is that YGT staff were incredibly responsive and persistent when I was first looking to book, the follow-up was nonstop until I paid my deposit. Now that there’s a problem, that attentiveness has disappeared. Yet I’m still getting emails reminding me to pay the rest of the balance.

Thank you for sharing your recent experience with us and please accept my apologies that you are unhappy with the way your booking has been handled, following the unfortunate flight change from Jet 2.

I just wanted to clarify that the flight change that has been advised to you came directly from Jet 2 and was not as a result of YGT choosing your alternative flights for you.

Booking directly with the airline would have resulted in the same issue as Jet 2 have consolidated many of their flights, as have many other airlines, following issues in the midddle east, cost of fuel etc. These are not considered cancellations but are flight changes allowed by the airlines within the parameters of a minor change, whereby they do not accept any free of charge changes or cancellations.

That said, on review, I can see that now Jet 2 have given you a 2nd flight change, which is over 5 hours from your original flight time. Therefore, this should open up further options for amendment to a different departure airport and/or cancellation of that flight. One of our team will call you today to discuss these options.

I would again like to apologise that any aspect of the service from Your Golf Travel has fallen short of your expectations on this occasion and I hope that we can turn this around for you based on recent updates.

The personal tailored approach they deliver.

My trip to Stoke by Nayland will be my second golf getaway arranged through Your Golf Travel, following a fantastic weekend at Breadsall Priory last October, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed.
From start to finish, the booking process has been excellent. At every stage, the agents have been incredibly helpful, always available to assist and ensure everything runs smoothly. Their knowledge and professionalism really stand out, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. They genuinely deliver a 5-star experience.
Based on my experiences so far, I’ll definitely be arranging more trips with Your Golf Travel in the future and would highly recommend their services to others.

Small booking carried out professionally

James Edwards was very straightforward in arranging my trip to Portugal . There wasn’t a great deal of money in it for YGT as all I wanted was the golf courses booked . But he still treated the job professionally . Also he arranged for late alterations to the package . So I will go back to him
