Used him on a service and then he became my solo stitching guy. If its not perfect the first time (it often is), he'll fix it and make it perfect.

The representative of Youridealstitches assisted me throughout the digitization process of a couple of logos I needed embroidered. I reached out when I could not figure out how to open the file, the rep contacted me right away and went step by step with me till we were able to open the file and embroider the items.
