Everything arrived on time. When I needed to return a few things I decided to go up to the Tallaght store. The people there are so so lovely and friendly and helpful. It was so easy to return the items. The people working there would definitely make you want to go back to the shop. Great clothes, great shoes and amazing staff.

I bought for the first time through the app. I selected the correct region - Ireland. But I have to somehow pay for return because the app kept glitching and tried making me pay for return by giving me the wrong label. According to their website, Ireland has free returns for up to six items of the same order. I was returning only one item. I got nowhere with the AI Bot for help so had to go through email. But 'Michelle' says she can't change the label & I have to pay. Then she gave me links of UK postal services when I said I was in Ireland! Customer Service needs to learn their comprehension skills.

Update; I sent another email and all of a sudden the same person can give me the free return label I was entitled to. Funny how she said they can't rectify the faulty label and all of I sudden she can when I call her out. Customer service is appalling. Wont buy from here again. At least others shops that stock the brand understand customer service.

Paid on 19 August. Have NOT RECEIVED my order.

One of the best plus size stores out there

I returned 4 items to Yours in June and they refunded me for only 3. No explanation as to how or why this happened. Customer service has since ghosted me.

Also, as others have mentioned, the sizing is inconsistent and often much smaller than it should be.

My experiences are hit and miss with Yours. Today I received my order on time. Then downhill from there. First top labelled 22/24, but measured more size 16/18. Second one measured 56 inch bust, more of 30/32 absolutely)huge. Worse still there was a hole on the front! Rang customer service can't speak to anyone. Promised a call back... nothing. Live chat rubbish . Chat bot took details then told me to return items. Their customer service is pants( the wrong size no doubt). I want both postage costs refunding as faulty products. This company have plus size women over a barrel as they have the monopoly on the market and the crappiest customer service ever. They couldn't give a **** while people carry on ordering from them.

I’m excited to receive my order I found the web site very interesting I was able to obtain my size I’m very pleased 😀

I did click and collect on the item that I bought for myself. I came to collect it from the store and the staff were very helpful and friendly and I will call back to them again.

have ordered online and waited for deliveries from all around the world without issues, but my experience with Yours Clothing has been extremely disappointing. I waited over two weeks for my order with no communication whatsoever. Had I not contacted customer services myself, I would still have heard nothing.

When I did reach out, the response I received was generic and insincere, offering no real explanation or solution. Payment for both the order and delivery was taken immediately, yet I have still not received my items.

I have since requested a refund and am still waiting. It is unacceptable to take a customer’s money, charge for delivery, and then fail to deliver the order or provide proper communication. Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering from Yours Clothing.

Bought night dresses with Yours for a hospital stay. They're my favourites now, the quality is markedly superior to Dunnes etc. and it is so nice to be able to find the very large sizes. One of the rare places I can pick the size above mine to have a bit more room.

Sizes are much smaller than expected and probably made overseas. Fabric was plush as expected but even the largest size was too tight! Product was not cheap either, so Ivexpected more material.
