SCAM

SCAM! Paid £1.99 for dyslexia test report I never got and not they keep taking £31.99 a month from me. Unable to log into site or reset password. Have emailed them but no reply.

DO NOT USE !!

DO NOT USE !!! I had to go through fraud department at my bank and get a freeze on any payment to these people £23:99 that I didn’t authorise they go through Apple Pay,,(CAUTION). And I could not get a refund !!!

Zoals bijna alle anderen hier, is er bij mij ook meermaals €36,99 afgeschreven! Dit na een eenmalige betaling van €2, zonder dat ik toestemming gaf voor abonnement. Contact via mail verloop ronduit slecht en naar m’n geld kan ik fluiten! Nu wachten op volgende maand dat er weer afgeschreven wordt?? Wanneer stopt dit??

I got scammed like the others

I got scammed like the others. Bought a personality test, then got charged 39.95 USD without agreeing to a monthly subscription. I expect a refund! I cancelled my subscription from My Account, i hope they don't charge me again.

Update: They were very fast replying, also with the refund. Less than 24 hours. It’s a pitty they don’t make the automatic subscription message more visible, the website and all its content are very well done besides that.

Did not expect or need monthly fee. Came totally unexpectedly the wanted 9.99 to cancel a subscription I did not want. Total scam as per the other reviews.

Proceed with caution they will start a monthly billing charge but they have responded to complaint.

I though this was Complete Scam they get you to pay a couple of dollars for a personality profile then without warning sing you up for monthly billing of AU $62.99

I did contact them and while still think their website needs work they have offered a refund within 10days.

I will update again when refund received. Updated 08/04/2026

Ok following my email they have refunded to my pay pal account.

EMAIL THEM IF IN DOUBT

Signed up for a £1.99 offer and without consent they then pulled a monthly fee out. There’s no way to cancel the subscription you never signed up for (I tried to log in and it says it does not recognise me) and you are then left having to dispute the payment with your bank.

UPDATE:
The company reached out via this platform and when I emailed in with the reference number provided, they quickly responded with a refund as well as confirmation that this subscription was now cancelled. Excellent follow up by their customer service team and I cannot fault their diligence on this matter. Have upgraded the rating from 1 star to 3 for this reason.

Absolute Scam Yourselfirst.com

Absolute scam. Sells personality tests, went into account to double check any shade use of my payment details, as suspected they signed me up for a subscription without mentioning it. Immediately cancelled the subscription, however - they still ended up charging me EURO 27,99 per month without being able to cancel. When trying to log-in again (I know what my password is) the password was wrong and "forgot password" didn't send me an email - complete block-off. Can't cancel via Credit Card company, as they are using an Apple Pay Exploit to justify "you didn't read the small print" - they are cheats and frauds.

This company is an absolute Scam. What is even more worrying is the company is responding to these reviews? Has anyone genuinely received a refund or are they just looking for more information from you i.e bank details ?

Says "free" in Google index and still charges after spending lots of time on a bunch of questions. Not only that, if you say yes to the 2$ membership, you're now on for 40$/month.

Ik kreeg een mail van Paypal dat er 36,99 was afgeschreven aan Menesko, UAB en geen idee wat dat was, bleek: via yourselffirst.com hebben ze mijn creditcard gegevens gehackt via een boeking die ik heb gedaan via Booking.com waar mijn creditcardgegevens bekend zijn. Ik heb per direct mijn paypal account gesloten en ISC gebeld; 'mevrouw dat is geen schade, u heeft wellicht per ongeluk op een abonnement geklik' en nee mevrouw u krijgt geen nieuwe creditcard u kunt eerst via een formulier uw geld terugvragen maar eerst de afzender mailen dat u het abonnement wilt opzeggen;. Kortom de consument wordt belast met deze oplichters en zelfs ICS en de politie doen hier niets aan!

do not use this company they contacted me and advised me to contact them with my grievances the email address they gave me does not exist all i want to do is to cancel my subscription

Nowhere did it state it would then be a monthly subscription of £25 after the initial test of £1.90
Now taking £25 a month - not ok having to contact my bank to get the money returned
Avoid + would like my subscription to be CANCELLED.

I didn't set up a contract with…

I didn't set up a contract with yourself first. Paid ,£1-99 for the results of a cognitive test result but it didn't stop them from taking over £79 within two days of the test the in February and again in March the took a further £23. 99 . They are scammers no other word for them. Even after my bank got the payment back and stopped them they managed to take more. Do not deal with them.
