Received a damaged package and replaced it in reasonable time.. love the product.. Will reorder..

Terrible Copany. After I ordered the product, I found out I was allergic to one of the ingredients in their product and it was too late to cancel. I contacted the company when I received the product and told them the situation and asked for a full refund. None of the product had been opened. These are their responses, and the last one was the last straw!

I'm sorry to hear about your reaction. As per our policy, we're unable to offer a full refund on opened products. However, we can offer a 10% refund, and you may keep the item—no need to return it.

I paid $110.00 to you, 20% is not a good will gesture! Take the 20% processing fee from what I paid (22.00) and refund me the difference ($88.00) and that is a good will gesture.

Pretty good product so far

Skinbloom has a wonderful body oil that is beyond exceptional. I will be ordering additional products from its line.

Customer Service is also number one as I received a response very quickly and the issue was resolved.

I highly recommend this company and I know you won’t be disappointed.

I have not been using this product for a long time, but, so far, I like it. I like how it soaks in quickly and doesn’t feel greasy. I had to contact the company after my first order and they were responsive and obliging.

This oil is amazing. I seen the results on the first day and more so a week later I use it every day and it just worth the money. I lost 60 pounds in the loose skin on my stomach and arms and it tightened it up. I’m so happy with this product my husband notice as well

Well I ordered the 3 pack . When I received them 2 of the bottles tops popped and lost half in each bottles so I paid for 3 and only really got 2 the package was in plastic wrapping maybe suggested a box and maybe bubble wrap

I have not received the product yet so I can't comment.

Absolute worst experience ever! Counterfeit product, poor customer service, extra long shipping times- over 2 times what their policy states, bottles arrived half full, boxes were crushed & no relief or compensation was offered. Very disappointing experience - will NEVER do business with this “company” again.

I love the difference I can see in my skin in just a short time! My knees look smoother and my thighs/butt also look smoother!

Received counterfeit product. Not Besque. Not Skinbloom… but rather a product from china.
Package took FOREVER to receive and when opened it’s labeled “West Month” MAGIC LUXURY BODY OIL. It gave me a rash! Itched and burned my skin with the very first use. Also there is no “ amazing scent” as described. More of a “tacky” feeling than a smooth body oil. When I tried contacting company through the “contact information “ provided by PayPal, the payment method I used, it came back as “contact information does not exist “

Absorbs quickly and feels good to the touch.

I have been using the MAGIC BODY OIL for approximately 3-4 months. I definitely am seeing the creepiness slowly dissipating!! The oil goes on and feels so silky on my skin. This product I will be using for the rest of my life as it’s doing what it’s supposed to. Making my skin smooth and thrilled so far with the results.

I received my product and two of the three are leaking in package not happy!!

I didn’t like the oil at all. It’s a small bottle and did nothing. I waited 3 weeks to get it . Very disappointed

I just got my order in the mail, totally damaged and oil leaking out evertwhere. Absolutely disapointing and very unhappy w/ this experience!!

My order came promptly and I’ve just used it a few days and I already see a difference. Smells great too!

When I received this in today’s mail it had leaked and I only got 3/4 of a bottle
