Excellent man was on time done everything well we are very pleased

Dan was very friendly.
He explained in detail what will happen when the man comes to service the boiler, and that someone would ring to make the appointment.

I received a call from Dan this morning re my recent boiler repair.
I am very happy with the servce and know that if I have any poblems all I need to do is lift the phone and speak to a real person and the issue is dealt with quickly.

Straightforward telephone call regarding a booking for a routine service. Very pleasant, clear and understandable, only took a few minutes. 🙂

Very helpful engineer and follow up customer services. Nothing was a problem for them. Only issue was initial difficulty contacting them but even that is now resolved

Despite contacting me several times by telephone about taking over another firm or a rebrand for a serving contract I had on a house 3 years ago! That ended and I haven’t paid for several years, which I informed you about you still chose to take £24.99 out of my bank using my old details! This is 1). More than likely a data breach as my old data was no longer relevant and shouldn’t have been stored 2) taken without my authorisation 3) taken despite me telling you I hadn’t been a customer for years and didn’t want / need the service! You’re difficult to get hold of too, please give me the details to get this sorted and a refund! Pretty outrageous really…
