We used Your World Solutions for our regular cleaning, and I would strongly advise against them.
While we were away on our honeymoon, the bath taps in our family bathroom were left trickling after a clean. This caused a major leak and considerable damage, and we came home to a stressful situation that should never have happened.
When we reported it, the company failed to investigate and never got back to us. There was no accountability and no attempt to put things right.
This wasn’t a one-off lapse. Even before the leak, getting a response to book a clean was a constant struggle.
There are many reliable, professional cleaning companies out there. Please choose one of them.
