I’d give them zero stars if I could. I paid for 3 downloads of 3 different pictures of my dog. I kept getting a message that they were processing and then, nothing. Never got the downloads. I tried emailing them, nothing. I called the number, left a message, no call back. I finally had to dispute the charge on my credit card.

We’re very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience caused here. We were able to locate your order and identify what happened. There were two different email addresses connected to the order/payment, and it appears the download details may have been sent to an email address that was not the one you were checking.
We also found your email to us about the issue, and we replied asking for the order details so we could locate the purchase. Unfortunately, we were not able to identify the order from the information available at that time.
Now that we have located it, we have resent the download details to both email addresses connected to the order to make sure you receive them. We have also issued a full refund as a goodwill gesture, because we understand this was a frustrating experience and you did not receive the downloads as expected.
Please check both inboxes, including spam/junk folders, for the resent download details and refund confirmation.
