Ordered Glasses stated out of stock.I could not get a response regarding a refund. Just an email with a voucher .This did not cover the cost of another pair as it was on sale and I could not use the voucher on the other colours of glasses still on sale.Had to spend another £9 .Now been waiting several weeks with no glasses or communication regarding the delay I would Avoid .

Awful company - scam.

Ordered a pair of glasses. Without communication the order got cancelled and they gave me store credit because the glasses I ordered were out of stock. I ordered in a different colour.

When they arrived they were tiny. Didn’t reply to emails but replied on Instagram and refused a refund and bet argumentative. First said they didn’t do them at all (it says they do on website) then said they couldn’t do it because they were worn??

Will never be a serious brand with service like that.

Ordered on the 3rd August and waited over a week without receiving any meaningful update. I eventually had to contact them myself to ask what was happening with my order, which is extremely disappointing.

The customer service was equally poor. The person responding to my messages offered very little help or reassurance and couldn’t provide any clear information about when I could actually expect my order. In the end, the only option offered was a refund.

I find the whole experience extremely disappointing. Delays can happen, but the complete lack of communication and the poor customer service are what really let this company down.
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

Purchased 2 items… need to return as they are too small. I have emailed 3 times and reached out over social media but no response so now I am outside of the 14 day period to return. Be very wary
