My pieces came and were not as expected. Dull, didn’t fit or hang right. I reached out several times via email, maybe got one response saying to keep it and we’ll give you 50% off. I declined, and still have not received a response. Tried to call a phone number from their Facebook page and when I tried to fight online. No answer. And one of those numbers was disconnected. Awful, awful experience.

I couldn’t be happier with my order from Yumiyu Jewelry! I purchased an evil eye necklace and three bracelets, and they are absolutely stunning. The quality exceeded my expectations—they’re beautiful & comfortable and I never take them off. I even shower in them, sleep in them, workout and wear them to the beach. Very comfortable and they don’t tarnish.

Everything was packaged so beautifully and arrived on time. I receive so many compliments! Definitely will be ordering more Yumiyu!!

This was my first time ordering from Yumiyu Jewelry, and I had a great experience! My order was running a little late, and the woman who helped me was absolutely incredible. She was in contact with me for about 3-4 days and my package arrived perfectly. I feel like she went above and beyond to help me and make sure that my order was delivered in a timely manner.
