Suspicious “Lost Package” - Black Friday Order Never Delivered
I ordered boots during Black Friday at an exceptionally good price - significantly lower than other sellers. After nearly 2 weeks of zero movement in tracking, I inquired about my order.
Response: Package was “lost in transit due to human error.” They refused to resend the items (company policy) and offered me the option to rebuy at current prices (much higher) with a promise to refund the difference later.
What bothers me:
1. The “human error” happened to affect precisely the items with the best Black Friday pricing
2. My money was blocked for 2 weeks while I could have bought elsewhere
3. The Black Friday price is now gone - current price is significantly higher
4. Their 10% discount code doesn’t come close to compensating the lost Black Friday deal
They did refund my money eventually, but the timing and circumstances are highly suspicious. It appears the seller regretted the low Black Friday price.
I’ve found similar complaints online about orders “lost” specifically when prices were very low. This pattern suggests potential fraudulent practice rather than honest mistakes.

Flawed product and shitty response to reclamation
Really awful customer service, so the boots that I got had a big scratch on them and I tried to search for a phone number or email address for customer service but all they have is a form on their site for unhappy clients. I went there and wrote about my boots and after some time I received an email that said they were going to return me 54 lei for an order on which I paid almost 400!!!! They don’t change the product even if it’s their fault like if I want a flawless product I have to return these, wait for 14 day to receive the money back and order again, when they could just switch the product. Also 50 lei???? I actually feel offended. Even if I kept the boots, it would cost me way more than 50 lei to repair the scratch that was actually THE COMPANY’S FAULT!!!

am comandat de mai multe ori de pe Zalando, însă în ultimul timp au inceput să-și bată joc de clienții. Prima problemă am avut cu un ceas Fossil Mickey Mouse care a sosit zgâriat pe conturul cadranului și cureaua îndoită. Ulterior am comandat de pe Zalando Lounge acest ceas Fossil crezând că totul va fi in regulă, însă culmea și de data aceasya mi-au trimis același ceas cu probleme. De curand am achiziționat un ceas D1 Milano. În momentul cand a sosit ceasul acesta era nefuncțional și scoase zale de la bratară. Le-am trimis poza cu produsul și am primit răspuns că trebuie să-l returnez ca să poată verifica ceasul. Păi dacă tot pretindeți că sunteți o firmă serioasă de ce nu verificați coletele înainte de livrare? Îmi este si scarbă sa mai comand vreun produs de pe site-ul lor pentru sunt total neseriosi. Nu mai recomand nimănui acest site.

In Rumänien verkaufen Sie auf der Website zalando-lounge.ro Produkte, die den Kunden in Plastikverpackungen geliefert werden – genauer gesagt in kleinen Beuteln oder Gefrierbeuteln –, ohne Etiketten, ohne Echtheitszertifikate und ohne Garantienachweise. Das bedeutet, dass wir keine Bestätigung dafür haben, dass es sich um Originalprodukte handelt, und wir daher davon ausgehen können, dass es sich um gefälschte Waren handelt.
Ich mache Sie auf diese Probleme aufmerksam, da die zuständigen Behörden bereits informiert wurden. Wir werden außerdem eine Beschwerde bei den europäischen und lokalen Verbraucherschutzbehörden einreichen und den Vorfall über lokale sowie europäische Medienkanäle öffentlich machen.
Ich habe eine Rückerstattung und die Abholung der Waren durch einen Kurier verlangt. Eines der Produkte wurde bereits zurückgesendet, jedoch wird mir die Rückzahlung verweigert, mit dem Verweis auf interne Verfahren. Diese Verfahren sind in diesem Fall jedoch nichtig, da es sich klar um einen Betrug handelt.
Wir werden auch das ZALANDO-Team informieren, damit es über diese Vorgänge in Kenntnis gesetzt wird, sowie die deutschen Behörden benachrichtigen und um eine gründliche Überprüfung der von Ihnen vertriebenen Produkte bitten.

The return service is the most execrable I have ever encountered, the site's policies are totally lying as the return is received within 14 days of pickup by courier and the support is of a despicable quality.

Terrible customer service
I placed an order at Zalando Ro and paid in advance. After 3 days, I have been asked to make the payment, I sent them proof of payment and received confirmation that my order will be process straight away. The following day I received a second email that my payment went through and they will start preparing my order.
It was an urgent order for an event, which off couse arrived way to late and I had to return as was no longer needed.
Returned my parcel and received confirmation of delivery, plus I was informed that my refund will take up to 5 working days.
10 days later still no refund.
Contacted them and only at that point they asked for my bank detalies so my refund can be processed.
Terrible experience and customer service.

In my case, I wanted to return something and the process failed to create the pick up order. The return process is miles away from their competitors...you are being asked to manually add all the details while this is in general an automatic process. When this process fails...you have zero contact details...you are on your own. Disappointing.

The reason for my 3 stars rating is that I have bought an hat from carhartt, and I was quite unhappy with the quality of the product. I wanted to write a review to the product on their store, but they do not have this option. Very strange!
