They charge way to much in shipping and duties. A 54 dollar charge to ship to the United States is ridiculous. $30 in shipping and $24 in duties is outrageous. There are other discount designer retailers that have great sales and dont charge those extra fees and they ship from overseas. Won't be ordering from them.

Great experience. First time ordering and was a bit hesitant but the product got shipped immediately with DHL and very happy with it. Very happy to recommend.

I was searching for a statement piece for an event. Looked throughout the internet and then “voila” it appeared on ZAP. And it was at a great price. Much much better priced than in the usual boutiques I buy.
I hesitated at first because I wasn’t a ZAP client. But everything was better than expected. I would definitely be buying from ZAP in the near future.

There was a small issue with the next-day delivery, but they kept me informed throughout, and they arrived the very next day.

Horrible customer service after receiving a bag that was broken. Firstly they accused me of breaking the bag when I sent photos showing the damage was already done. They told me they wouldn’t even recieve the bag to review, finally told my an address to send it to which BOUNCED. Now they are not responding to my emails. Disgraceful company for a legitimate issue with the product. I am $1000s of dollars out of pocket.

Ordered two products from Zap Clothing. One garment missing and they are refusing to refund me, making out it is me who is being dishonest. Absolutely disgraceful service, luckily i ordered with a credit card and will always do so when order online due to scumbag firms like this.

This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with my son placed an order back in feb the item was supposed to be shipped in 2-3 days we ended up waiting 10 days to hear nothing then I go out of my way to contact them just for them to tell me that the order is fraud Risk and refund our order that was march 2 it’s now march 10th and we still have not received the money back yet I would never recommend ANYONE ever purchase from them

Zap has been my go-to for luxury goods for a while now. Once I discovered them, I can help but keep coming back! They have the best prices on most of their items and they frequently offer discounts on top of their already great prices. Also, I’m in the United States and the shipping is still fantastic, quicker than many things I order from here! My wife always tells me she wishes she could find a place like Zap Clothing for women! With all that said, I obviously highly recommend! Legit company, legit merchandise, legit shipping!
