At this time, the account deletion functionality is only available via our mobile app. If you are a member with an active subscription, please note that it is necessary to cancel your subscription prior to proceeding with account deletion. To assist you in deleting your account, we encourage you to follow these steps:

Open the X-Design app:
1. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
