I received my order in time, the response to my query was fast. I recommend this company and I would definitely order from them in the future.

I wanted to see if the product did what it promised. I used a wedding photo. I was nervous about uploading the pictures and ordering the right size. I am more than 100% happy with the completed picture and more importantly so is my son and daughter in law who have already said it is an heirloom. I have ordered 2 more kits. The pictures I chose weren't suitable for the size I had chosen. Communication with the company has been brilliant, making suggestions on the sizes that would work. Also very quick responses and delivery.

This is the second set of cross stitch patterns I've ordered from Zbest. So glad I bought those first as these came with instructions. I love how the are color stamped on the grids, it makes sewing them fun, not tedious.

This company steals other designers charts and sell them as their own. This is Illegal!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible quality cross stitch kit the pattern background is stitched in white thread but printed pattern on fabric was bright yellow so it shows through when stitched. Customer service very poor. When I tried to return it found it would cost £20 postage? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Mir wurde ein falsches Produkt zu gesendet,und ich bekam das richtige dann umgehend zu gesendet,ohne mehr kostenund auch von fotos wo ich zusendete und dann alles bekam einfach super,werde sicher noch mehr bestellen,wenn alles aufgearbeitet ist

When I received my order I noticed a colour was missing, contacted the company who were amazing, they sent me the new colour, their contact during the whole thing was top notch. The threads are really good quality as well as the preprinted fabric, there could be a more variety of colours on the pattern as it can be tricky to tell the difference between certain ones but overall really good quality kit.

I just ordered 2 more times waiting. Starting another one tonight. Great site

Zbest.com - Fin Engelsk webside og en Engelsk adresse men det er ren fup. Når man tror man handler med et EU land og så finder ud af at de sender deres vare fra Singapore, så bliver man sku sur. Jeg skrev dem en mail at jeg ikke ønskede en vare fra Singapore da det ville påføre mig en ekstra udgift på mindst 25% til moms, de valgte ikke at svare på min mail. Først da de blev kontaktet af PayPal vælger de at svare At de var kede af den lange expeditions tid men jeg ville modtage varen inden 10 dage ( de havde stadig ikke sendt den ( selv om de havde fået pengene fra PayPal ) ) Jeg skrev straks tilbage til dem at jeg ikke ønskede varen når den blev sendt fra Singapore den mail vælger de også at se bort fra, men i stedet sender de varen. Derefter kontakter igen PayPal for at de må hjælpe mig, for jeg ønsker ikke at handle med Zbest.com.
