This bra is rubbish material is cheap and seams were not sewn well.it went straight in the bin they offered me a 30 percent refund I never received stay away from this company

The worst bra l have ever brought it cost me $50 Australian didn't fit way to small even though it stated 2xx large fits my 10 year old granddaughter made very flimsy what a waste of money just a scam

DO NOT BUY!!! The sizing is way off the chart if you have 16 or above these are not gonna fit in any way shape or form. Trust me when I say they get very sketchy when you want a return on your items there is no way this side of hell will you receive a refund. These bras are for sucker buyers. I brought 3, biggest mistake I've made in awhile. If there was an option for -5 stars I would take it

I would give their customer service no stars if I could. I wanted to return two bras that were way too big. I have made several contacts through their website as well as through email to no avail.

I wonder if they are out of business. As for me I will give the bras to goodwill. Hopefully they will fit someone.

I'm giving them more stars because of the great experience with the customer service when returning the bras. It was fast and the representatives were very nice. The bras, on the other hand, aren't great. In their ad, it looks like a great design. Their cup sizes are wrong (about 2 sizes too small) and the material is too stretchy, not providing much support. The straps tangle and slide off the shoulders. Not a very comfy bra to wear. Maybe ok for smaller sizes, but not for larger breasts that need proper support. The material feel is nice, though - very soft feeling.

I ordered this Bra though Amazon, It said the item would be shipped by the supplying company. Amazon charge me for the shipping at the time of my purchase. I got a note from the USPS that I owe them for a shipping and handling fee. Seems as though according the the USPS, the company used a counterfeit label to ship my item. I refused to pay. The companies suggested that I go ahead and pay for the shipping and then they would send me a check for my payment upon receiving the receipt showing I paid. NOW, Why would I trust a company to reimburse me if this ame company used counterfeit label in the first place. I would not order from this company. I still have not received credit for my purchase. This has been over a month now.

I ordered 2 bras that should have fit me according to their size chart. The cup size was great but straps kept falling off. I ordered again with smaller size. One was supposed to be sky blue. I received 2 bras one definitely dark gray & another one some shade of gray & am so mad haven't even tried them on. Don't order bc you will be disappointed!! I don't like the color gray!!!

I LOVE this bra. It’s amazingly comfortable, perfect fit. Can hardly tell I’m even wearing a bra.

I ordered (2) Zen Chic bras; however, upon receiving the bras, I had to try it on to see if it fit. They were too small so I started researching how to return the bras. Upon finally thinking I had found the correct site to provide information for my return and the email to submit the information my email was returned to me with this message: “Undeliverable/Site Unknown”. Therefore, I have discovered another email that I will try, but I have to wonder why a Company wants to be so discreet and not more forthcoming with a return policy and provide a form to complete for a return.

This product was vey uncomfortalbe. I contacted the company to return them and was told they would might offer a 50 % refund if they could use it/resell it. So sorry that I bought these bras. Will donate to Salvation Army. So much for trying to support a small business.

I ordered 3 of these bras based on their advertisement which I found to be inaccurate. The bras offered NOOOOO support, the fabric is mostly verrrrry loss fitting nylon that and the cups are none supporting. secondly it took almost 3 weeks BEFORE I got them. I was so excited to finally get the that I took them out of the wrapping then thru it away now I wish I had not done that perhaps I could've sent the two that I neverrrr tried on back to them. PLEASE do not think you'll get any kind of support in theses bras.

They ask for your bra size but only send a S, M, L etc equivalent. Shoulder straps fall off my shoulders. Made in China and takes a few weeks to receive.
