I love this chandelier! It is a clean look whether it is on or off. It comes with a remote controller that also dims and brightens the lights. Install was easy once we understood how the height was adjusted. The only thing I dislike is that the ceiling pan is not set up where you can get a solid flat grip on the receptacle, so there is a slight gap between the ceiling pan and the wallboard. In spite of that I would still order this again! Also, 3 leaves came ever so slightly scratched. I emailed and sent pictures and they sent 3 replacements out immediately. Really easy to do business with!

This is coming from someone who rarely completes survey/ feedbacks. Their customer service is impressive! Quick response, accurate information, and willing to make sure you have exactly what you need or ordered. The lights look amazing! It's so hard to choose lights on line but they truly look great.

The staff at Zenduce made it easy for me to design my lighting needs to my taste, even with some last minute changes.

My Husband and I purchased a beautiful chandelier for the rotunda next to the stairs. Not only is the piece absolutely gorgeous, the Customer Service is extraordinary!!!! Looking forward to patronizing Zenduce again real soon!!

Putting in the order was easy, but I had several questions about the products and never received a response.

Their website was easy to use, shipping and customer service have been great. We ordered a couple light fixtures for a new house we’re building and they look great.

The produces were delivered on time and were as expected. Only complaint was color match. Gold what very different and I had to paint 2 of the fixtures to match the others.

I was searching for a modern exterior entryway linear wall light to install on the top of my newly constructed JADU front entry door. I went through many exterior lights and most of them are vertical designs. I was very excited when I found Zenduce online. I ordered one of their modern waterproof LED entryway wall sconce model Marzena. Marzena was truly a modern contemporary architectural design that I have been searching for and the price was very reasonable. Shipping was quick and it was packaged well. I highly recommend their products.

First, I have never heard of Zenduce lighting before. I am renovating an older home and was looking for kitchen pendant lights. I checked my usual lighting sources online but didn't see anything that I liked for this particular renovation. Google search to the rescue, which pulled Zenduce. I was very impressed with the product line and the uniqueness of the styles. I made a purchase and waited for delivery. I did have to call customer service for a question on the purchase and when I called I received a message indicating that the Support team hours were not my time zone and hung up intending to call later in the day. You can imagine my surprise when I got a call from the Support team a minute after they got in the office! A young lady was reaching out indicating that my number had been noted and they wanted to follow up. I asked my question and was given the answer in a very kind and courteous manner. I hung up the phone very pleased with a great customer service interaction!
The pendants arrived and I love them! They are great quality and very solid. I have had several positive comments on the pendants from friends and even the electrician!
The only comment I have in regards to pendants are when the electrician installed them, they appear to be European sized caps not US. I don't recall seeing that on the dimensions notes, as the electrician needed to change the boxes in the ceiling to a smaller size to accomodate.

I ordered outside lights for a commercial building. The order process was very easy. The product is beautiful. They did take a little longer than expected to receive.

We love our lights! They are unique and a show stopped for sure! They took a few extra days to ship due to weather delays in my area but overall it was a great experience.

The product quality was beyond my expectations. It is a beautiful pendant, and I can't wait to place it in my new home. While it took a while to receive it, it was worth the wait. The Company kept me posted about the delivery, with good communication and customer service. I would purchase from them again.

In July 2025 I purchased 6 chandeliers. Only ONE arrived without damaged or missing parts. For four of the chandeliers, Zenduce sent replacement parts which took several weeks to arrive but fit properly in the chandelier. For one of the chandeliers which sold to me for over $1,000 the item arrived with over a dozen shattered marble pieces and missing screws. Zenduce refused to replace the chandelier. They sent me what they described as replacement pieces (which took several weeks to arrive) and the pieces did not fit the frame. I repeatedly asked for a replacement chandelier and after several months they advised that I would have to pay to first return the broken chandelier which weighed over 50 pounds and would have cost alot of money to ship. I found Zenduce to be unprofessional and disappointing to work with. Their pictures lure you into spending alot of money on lighting which comes with many pieces and take a long time to assemble. You'll end up paying an electrician more money to just assemble and hang the lighting and it's not worth it considering the stress and time involved in the entire process.
