Appalling service. Ad hoc emails, 2 no-shows and when I tried to contact them the email bounced and the phone was on hold for a while before being cut off. Do not use.

I was a bit apprehensive at first after reading some negative reviews suggesting the company might be a scam and that deliveries never arrived. However, my experience turned out to be quite the opposite.
The delivery was initially scheduled for Saturday but got rescheduled to Sunday. I was promptly informed about the change and kept updated throughout. On the day, the delivery team called me 30 minutes in advance to let me know they were on their way, which was really thoughtful and gave me time to get home if needed.
The delivery itself was smooth and efficient. The team was polite, respectful, and careful when bringing the bed up the stairs — they made sure not to damage the walls or flooring. They asked where I wanted the bed placed, assembled it quickly (within 10 minutes!), and neatly bagged all the packaging, leaving everything tidy.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service. Despite the initial delay, the communication and professionalism of the delivery team more than made up for it. Would happily use them again.
Useless. Do not honour contract
Just avoid anything to do with this company or anyone foolish enough to use them.

I submitted a section 75 claim for…
I submitted a section 75 claim for Sleep beds taking my money and supplying nothing. Now the cheeky scammers have told my Bank that the bed was delivered.
I am actually furious with Sleep beds putting me through this nonsense with my bank.
Will now have to wait for a response on whether my bank believes me or not.
1* is far to generous for this scamming lot.

This company used to be called "Sleep Beds" and have stolen from a lot of customers and have now changed their name. I ordered a bed late last year that I never received and they are telling me they can't refund me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Scratched our wood floor badly.
The delivery was on time, but the men scratched our wooden hall floor badly when they lifted a new divan bed into our flat in London. When this was pointed out, they claimed the scratch was there already, which was completely false. The Divan Bed Warehouse (the same business) is considering compensating for the damage).
My story the same as everyone else
My story the same as everyone else! Purchased bed through The Bed Supermarket. Zenith emailed and sent text confirming delivery date and time span. I took a day holiday from work then nothing. Email being returned, cannot get through on phone. Now Bed Supermarket not returning my calls. At least I paid using credit card so will be able to get refund.
Absolutely useless company
No answer on phone or email
Rang me to confirm a delivery date, said that it was possible to deliver 1st April instead of the 2nd, confirmed with me over the phone that this was possible. Took the day off to get the delivery. My nan was due home from holiday and I took down her bed ready for the new one. Bed never came, couldn't reach them over the phone, stayed on hold for two hours and emailed multiple times for an update, no reply. Rang divanbedwarehouse instead the day after and they said the delivery would be the 10th April now, with no explanation why.
My nan has been without a bed for over a week and I don't think the service is acceptable when there is no explanation and no way of contacting the delivery team. Hope they actually deliver the bed on the 10th. Fingers crossed.

Bed ordered in Feb. Said they couldn’t give me a delivery date so order cancelled as website states 3-10days. Still no refund and it’s now April.

SCAM DO NOT USE Sleep Beds or Zenith Delivery Network. There is no bed, there is no delivery, there is no refund. Endlessly on hold if you call. I've now reported to Trading Standards and the Police.
Exceptionally poor customer service…

New Divan, mattress and headboard
Having ordered my new divan bed, mattress and headboard I then opted to see the reviews. I was initially very concerned and genuinely thought maybe my purchase was an impulsive error....however I must give credit where credit is due...
After purchase online I was notified by Divan bed warehouse by email and SMS message that delivery would be by Zenith. I received notification that my new bed would be delivered on Sunday...I was consistently kept updated and on arrival at my address the mattress was taken upstairs as was the divan and headboard.
All items were packaged in plastic wrapping, corners protected by foam padding and cardboard.
Whilst I appreciate others may have had a poor experience mine was EXCEPTIONAL.
The value of the products compared to other sellers was outstanding...
For me I can only highly recommend

One star because they did actually turn…
One star because they did actually turn up with order and it does appear to be ok . A text was sent arranging a delivery day which i confirmed as being ok. It was then changed with no explanation. Some ridiculous time from 7am given so it was an early start to my day. Zenith I believe are closely tied to sleepbeds (where I ordered). Also a shocking company to get hold of. I had to involve my bank otherwise I don't think I would have got my bed. I noticed sleepbeds.co.uk have disappeared from website now. Zenith delivered bed to room but then wanted to clear off. My husband said no. When ordered a white glove service promised ie putting bed together. White glove my foot, they were obviously very put out as there was packing from bed being thrown about the room while they were putting bed together. Wouldn't even take wrapping away. Cannot put into words how disgusted I am with this company from Birmingham. Keep away from zenith and sleepbeds.co.uk.
Not scammers, just really badly organised
Ordered divan bed base from Divan Bed Warehouse. They use a sister delivery company, Zenith Delivery Network. Zenith Delivery Network sent delivery date via email (will deliver on Saturday), asked to confirm, agreed. Then they sent another delivery date via email (will deliver Tuesday). I did not agree to the new delivery date as I wanted to know what happened to the previous delivery date that was agreed and confirmed. No replies to my emails whatsoever and one email bounced. Then on Tuesday I get a call from a mobile to say they will deliver the bed in 5 minutes. I said that I didn't know they were going to deliver the bed today. Thankfully, I was in and could take the delivery. Zenith Delivery Network are really badly organised and lack communication and customer service skills. Answer customer emails, don't just ignore them!

There has been no delivery. You cannot phone them (endless hold). They do not respond to emails.
