Twee opladers bestel. Één van de twee werkt niet. Inmiddels twee mails verder en nog geen reactie

Product werkte goed! Uiteindelijk kreeg ik problemen doordat de camera van mijn telefoon te groot bleek te zijn, waardoor de aansluiting te groot was en mijn telefoon niet meer werd opgeladen. Enige jammere vind ik dat dit niet zo op de website stond aangegeven, anders had ik het niet besteld. Maar stylish echt heel mooi! Toen ik ‘m had was het echt een top ding!

Very well constructed magsafe charging unit. Appreciate that it can be also used as a compact travel charger. Also grateful that I was not affected by Trump’s stupid tariff duties.

I purchased the Zens magnetic nightstand charger. After a few months it just stopped charging my iPhone. Zen’s tech support was very diligent in helping to solve the cause. We found that the USB-C cable was defective. They will be sending me a new cable.

Nach einem halben Jahr gab es Probleme mit der Lademöglichkeit für das Handy. Den Support angeschrieben und es gab sofort Antwort, mit Hinweisen, wie der Fehler zu beheben sei. Nach vielen Hilfestellungen und dem Ergebnis, dass der Defekt nicht zu beheben ist, wurde mir während der Garantie ein Neugerät angeboten. Das kam prompt am nächsten Tag. Selten einen so tollen Support erlebt. Weiter so.

Mijn oplaadkabel was defect. Ik heb contact opgenomen met Zens en zonder problemen hebben ze direct een nieuwe oplader opgestuurd. Geweldige service! Erg tevreden over de snelle en vriendelijke afhandeling.

In 2022 I was looking for a wirelessly chargable battery and found Zens' Magnetic Single Powerbank with stand. I figured I'd take a chance on a not big name company that was willing to take a chance on a design with features i wanted despite being known to cause issues for the lifespan on batteries. I absolutely loved the little battery and it was a part of my EDC for anything more than a quick run out to the store until the battery finally gave in and started swelling last night after a few months short of 4 years. It was perfectly sized even for use with my Android phones and just the right size for a jeans pocket carry (or one of the pen pockets on the Duluth Trading men's cargo pants). I especially loved the ability to drop it on a Qi charger to let it trickle charge back to full. I'd say 4 years of banging around in a pocket and the gradual damage that the heat of dual sided Qi charging will do was a surprisingly long run so I've ordered another

Snelle reactie op garantie aanvraag. Na wat mails over en weer krijg ik nu een nieuwe oplader gratis toegestuurd en een verzendenvellope om kapotte lader retour te zenden. Al met al alles snel en vriendelijk afgehandeld.

The travel charger is a quality product by itself; however this review is to compliment the excellent customer service that I received from the Zens support team. They were very thorough and clearly intent on answering my concerns. I am a very happy and loyal customer.

Recommended if you don't need ultra-fast charging.

Beautifull products - good quality.

I purchased a nightstand charger a few years ago and it's still going strong after being moved around frequently and thanks to its robust construction it still looks brand new, like it was just taken out of the packaging. More importantly, it's been 100% reliable with charging and my phone always securely attaches to the MagSafe anchor. I love how I can angle the phone, which makes it usable at different heights.

I saw a charging station on the Apple website they no longer had it so I decided to go direct to ZENS wow is all I can say!!! the service I received was amazing I emailed and got a reply so fast the information was so helpful I placed an order straight away the delivery was very fast the item was packaged well very happy with the item I ordered a 4 in one charging station best money I have spent and the quality is 5stars well worth what I paid for it to be honest I best money I’ve spent 😊

Ive been using the Zens Liberty Wireless Charger in my office for several months, and it gets more compliments than any of my decorations! Beautifully designed, still works great, and feels genuinely premium (metal and glass). Others couldn't make this concept work, but Zens did!
